So I am giving this place 3 stars because when I went they seemed like they didn't have anything. I asked about 4-5 different menu items and was told they don't currently have them. The excuse was that it was a busy weekend and they ran out of everything. I finally was able to select a menu item they did have and then was told the toppings and I wanted were not in stock. The girl behind the counter was also on the phone when I arrived and left to the back to finish her conversation. Pretty rude to do to a customer in my opinion. I'm willing to give this place another try and update my review but I don't know if I will be going anytime soon. read more

My daughter and I saw a few TikTok's about this place and we had to check it out.I honestly wouldn't go back. The cashier was really rude and kept giving us dirty looks. I wanted an esquite, the cashier promptly told me "we don't have any". My daughter ordered some Dubai strawberries for $20 bucks! (First time ever I pay $20 bucks for strawberries). I don't care about the prices but the customer service was bad. To whoever runs this business you should put someone else at the register greeting your customers, someone that actually likes their job and has good etiquette. read more

I'm always in Downey so when Dolce Cravings popped up on my insta, I had to come by. Jeanette (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) was super sweet and super helpful. The service was great and the food was DELICIOUS!! I say 'was' because it's all gone It's the perfect sweetness to have after a meal. Came here for the Dubai strawberries on my way home. There was another spot I was going to stop at for them but it was like 10 mins in the opposite way I was going when I thought about it. Omg I should have gone there instead I ended up paying $22.05 for the one cup. The other spot was only $12 bucks. Smh next time I will FOR SURE go there instead. read more

If there was options to select 0 stars I for sure will, went yesterday Friday the 17th around 7sh ordered crepes and a cheesecake', CREPES tasted raw and looked raw as well I selected with 3 leches and did not had 3 leches after I had ordered, we didn't wanted to go back because we leave pretty far, we called to let them know but they had close for the night. The service here honestly sucks. I'm not one to ever leave reviews, but this had to be said. The staff is unfriendly and makes the whole experience uncomfortable it actually makes sense why this place has such low ratings. We ordered Hot Cheetos with esquite (which were shared between two people), and were both ended up with food poisoning likely from expired ingredients like the cheese or corn. I used to come here often, but it's just not the same anymore. Between the poor service and concerns about food safety, I won't be coming back. read more

This business is in fact not the best sweet treat in LA I promise you there are better ones with better customer service as well. This is what I received after changing my order because the girl was trying to overcharge me for some fresas with cheesecake. The Night Shift employees completely ruined my experience. I had asked for the strawberries and cheesecake which was priced at 13.95$ . When I was rang up she was trying to charge me $20 so instead I had gotten a crepe which was 13$ something. The two girls start making orders and they are cackling in the back and miss handling the food. I received my order and the top looked good but then when I got to the middle I noticed that there was so much Nutella inside of it and the lechera they had used was super watered down so it made the Crepa soggy. read more

For starters, the drinks IDEAS are great. However, the wait is definitely not worth the taste. The drinks are mediocre I give it 6/10. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 lattes. To top it off one of the drinks espresso shots were burnt. The music was crazy loud & the seating available is very limited. I've been frequenting Dolce Cravings for years, back when they were a pop up at the Mariscó's restaurant a few doors down. I've followed them in Instagram and Facebook and always recommend to others. I was so incredibly happy for them when they finally obtained their own storefront. Had I written this review years ago, it would have been a 5 star review. I recently visited Dolce Cravings and received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've heard of their poor customer service for a while but I thought it was a fluke. I'm saddened that I finally got to experience what everyone else has and it makes me wonder if these young ladies are related to the business owners since they're still there and the service hasn't improved. Upon entering, no one was at the counter. I waited several minutes until I called out. As soon as I did a young lady approached the counter. No apology, no greeting, she looked bored out of her mind as she leaned on the counter waiting for us to decide what to order. She got to work on our order. I noticed she was touching a phone with her gloves on to play music. Unsanitary! The machine that was creating our dessert made a lot of noise. The higher the noise, the louder the music played. A second young lady walked out. So that meant two workers were just hanging out in the back not attending customers? The dessert was tasty as usual, but the lacking customer service truly soured the experience. I hope the business owner eventually has a discussion with these young women on what proper customer service etiquette is before they lose more customers. I may or may not visit again, if I do I hope the experience is much better. Stars deducted for: - the long wait before anyone appeared - zero greeting or friendliness - unsanitary practices 1.5 stars for the food and promptness. read more

What is advertised on there Instagram page does not look anything to what you will end up receiving. Went here for there new " chocolate Dubai strawberries " first & foremost I was not greeted as I came in, they had a new girl training so I was waiting & waiting because the girl decided to show her the whole menu as I tried to order. After 4 min I ordered the chocolate Dubai strawberries, they had the new girl training do them. I received my order, nothing compared to what was advertised ... I left the place and tasted them & they were terrible. The chocolate tasted really old, like if it was reheated multiple times. Just not good at all. I reached out to there Instagram page, and they had advised they would let me know if I had to go back in for a refund they said they will let me know it's been 4 days after that conversation.. and they just keep leaving me on read on there Instagram page .. I do not recommend going here paying 20 dollars over strawberries all for them to go to the trash. Over all customer service is not great. & what is on there Instagram page does not match to what you will get. read more

We came by around 6pm and there was no line, no wait time, and we were so happy!! We ordered a medium mini pancakes with Nutella, Oreo and strawberries! IT WAS WORTH ALL MY MONEY!!!! I ordered a caramel slushy drink or coffee and it wasn't blended fully and had big chunks of ice.. .I was a little disappointed because I had high hopes for the drinks! Wouldn't go here ever again, made my friends and I experience really uncomfortable and we honestly were looking forward to the drinks and walked in with good attitude. Cashier lady welcomed us with terrible manners and even was unsanitary, using her fingers to pour in the left over chocolate into my drink. Even after I watched she continued to do so. She didn't want to remake the drink either and was giving nasty face expressions. Never expected such treatment from a worker in that way. Management should look into there workers more because the drinks look good. Never got my drink sadly. read more

the drinks and deserts are soo good but unfortunately the customer service is TRASH! They are also so slow! they have zero sense of urgency even when they can clearly see the long line! We drove around for an hour trying to find a good desert spot because we r over all of the michoacanas, this place is better!!! I wanted to add to my order after waiting an hour already for my order . And the girl at the register said no that there was a lot of people waiting , good food but bad customer service And I told the lady that that's how you get bad reviews and she straight up told me "oh well" read more

Everything was fire! There is a long wait but they are still in soft opening since there menu has more variety! The location is cute and instagramable! Definitely coming back idc how long the wait is its totally worth it! read more
