This was a truly unfortunately experience. I came here to do some work, wifi is so slow that I had to connect to my hot spot on my phone. Ordered a large green tea, they use Lipton tea packets. For a large, which is..I think 16 oz, it was 4.50$. For Lipton tea packets. There is no bathroom available due to some customers throwing random things down the toilet. They've shut it down and not allowed for it. I threw up shortly after finishing my tea, and no--nothing else could have impacted me.

The barista made me something called a "Double Caramel." It wasn't horrible but if I went back I'd try something different. The caramel flavor was definitely there but I couldn't pick up the coffee flavor if that makes sense. I ordered a scone and it was super dry. Wouldn't recommend it.

Truly - a fabulous find!! The best parts about Dolce: - true small family business - a gem in an unassuming location - they're just getting started, and have tons of legit business growth ideas - import coffee beans from Europe - have two local bakers for their goodies - friendly - they really care about customers! - they don't add loads and loads of sugar into drinks, but let you enjoy a few simple flavors to enrich the coffee rather than cover it up!!!! - beautiful brewing technique - excellent service - homemade syrups - they want to invest in entrepreneurship in the area with a variety of partnership ideas The list could go on! My simple cappuccino was the best I've had since being in Italy!

Don't let the small look fool you, the flavors inside are anything but small. I had this on my list for awhile, so was really excited to stop in, grab a latte and a bite to eat. There were a ton of food options listed, but when I arrived, most were not available. I was able to grab a ham and chedse pastry that they had left. I ordered off the seasonal menu and got an iced velvet caramel mocha. The coffee was delicious and they take pride in serving high quality coffee beans, that you can taste the difference. I want to come back and try the Dubai Chocolate one before it goes away! The owner was very nice and it was a beautiful space on the inside.

Overall, this cafe might not be for me. It's on the small side so there's not a whole lot of seating - which would've been nice because it's quite a long drive from us so we would've liked to hang out for a bit before heading back home. However, the decor was really nice and inviting with the cushions on the benches, and greenery and trendy neon signs. This is a good place to go if you don't like your drinks very sweet, but we were searching for a bit more sweetness and flavor in ours. If we go back I might ask for a pump or two more of my selected flavor.

I used to say I miss European coffee, but not anymore since Dolce Caffè opened! The shop is small but charming, with a few indoor seats that fill up quickly. The service was friendly, and they were happy to answer our questions. I tried the seasonal Harvest Iced Latte and was pleasantly surprised--it was really good! I'm excited to come back and try more flavors.

I was excited to check out a coffee place in my area and this place did not disappoint. I love the atmosphere that's present here and there was space for me to sit and relax a bit. The barista was kind and was very quick with the order. I came with the intention to relax, read and unwind and I got exactly that. The environment is really cozy and I can't recommend this place more!

It's a cozy space with great lattes. Their bakery items looked great, small selection, service was quick and polite. Will be back!

Service was nice! Ordered the winter bloom (ube) latte and campfire mocha. Liked the addition of the marshmallows but flavor was lacking in both even after mixing it up well it was like La Croix coffee--just a hint. Expected a bit more for $18 but they did fill it to the brim

New in Olathe. Right blend of coffee and pastries to kick the day. My personal favorites the Apple Cider Donuts and that Pumpkin Cream Latte. Very cute spot with all the right vibes.

Just dropped in as am on a roll in visiting as many coffee shops as I can while in town visiting Olathe from Virginia Beach VA. I was in for a delightful surprise. Didn't have customers so had a nice chat with Lucca who is part owner of the cafe with his wife. They've been in business for 4 weeks now but I get a sense that this cafe will do really well. Why? Because they pride themselves in the Viennese coffee that they import to really have the locals have a treat with European coffee. I got small cup of hot pistachio latte and the coffee indeed makes all the difference. Highly recommend this place as I've been to 8 others and this one definitely is on my #1 spot for coffee shops in the Olathe/Overland Park/Lenexa area! Their pastries look really scrumptious but I will come back on my last day in Kansas.

Olathe's old Tastee Treat is now a small coffee shop run by a couple from Slovenia. Modern, minimalist vibes and limited seating inside; the bar is your best bet. Feels like stepping into a European dive in an urban city center rather than the KS 'burbs. I enjoyed the cortado and friendly service, but they are often overwhelmed and need more help to keep things running smoothly. Happy to have another local spot in Olathe!

I don't live in this area but had driven by and decided to try it out. It use to be a Tasty Freeze which was a wreck in the past, the owners did a great job redoing the space. It's minimalist in decor and tasteful. It is very clean and the owners were friendly. I loved the fact that they had a good amount of gluten free pastries. I tried a GF muffin and an iced latte. I did feel like the prices were a bit high I thought for a 12 ounce latte and the smaller muffin though. And the music playing was a club sounding mix which was a bit out of place to relax.

While they were already sold out in a couple of my first choices (Triple Chocolate and Cosmic) they had some others I was eyeing. Lemon Blueberry, Strawberries and Cream, S'mores, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Yummy. I think my faves were Chocolate Peanut Butter (how can you go wrong?!) and Lemon Blueberry. I haven't tasted the brownie yet but since brownie is one of my fave desserts, I imagine I'll like it. We were waited on almost immediately and they were super nice. They have a rewards program too which I get could be dangerous! lol They had quite a few different flavors of cookies as well and I noticed they had several gluten free options which is great for those who must avoid it! You are getting your monies worth and more. The cookies are crispy on the outside, soft and crumbly on the inside. Even though each cookie weighs quite a bit, they're not actually heavy. We had all kinds flavors and while many are normal and in rotation, it seemed several might be seasonal. We got one of each flavor and were excited to figure out which flavor is our favorite. The woman who greeted us was so nice and accommodating! She answered all our questions and advised us on the flavors. We have neighbors we share with who have a nut allergy and she separately packed the cookies with nuts. We can't wait to come back! The only downside is that we live almost 30 minutes away. It is worth the drive!

Everything else dessert-related has grown basic, boring, and bland by comparison. Don't look back: you're not going that way. I haven't sampled everything here; however, I've never been disappointed by this place. My favorite is their strawberry rhubarb pie-- tart and sweet, even better with some vanilla ice cream on top. The classic apple is always a good choice--warm it up and prepare to die happy. Their caramel apple pie is rare and obscenely delectable -- DO NOT MISS THAT OPPORTUNITY! Their crust is flaky, buttery, and it pairs perfectly with the fruity goodness inside. The sugar sprinkled atop is their signature and what can I say? I never want any other pie again (don't tell my mom, okay?!). It's pointless. I can always count on sister-owners, Elaine and Jan, when I need to bring a treat to a get together. I have called numerous times at the last minute and they're always kind enough to set something aside or help me get a hold of the perfect little something. While pie is the star of the show, their pecan bars are equally delicious--salty n' sweet-- maybe just sinful! Also: did I mention they have the perfect hostess gifts? Tons of thoughtful presents for people you love, or just get yourself those darling oven mitts with dogs on them, you deserve it! I miss the days when I could come here with a friend and grab a cozy little table and enjoy a slice together. But you can take it to go and find a spot to sit outside-- or, if you're me, scarf it down in the car on your drive home. I love this place, I can't get enough, and it's always just what I'm craving.
