Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.

No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I figured then they would come on Tuesday, the lawn would be done as the lawn is now overgrown. No one came. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again.
