She loves her Pack Leaders like Bonnie, Kellie and others. It's comforting to drop her off in the am and have the Pack Leader know her by name and watch Bella do a big ole wiggle butt. My dog needed an antibiotic and when I came to pick it up it was in liquid form and really expensive. Without me having to ask, the girl at the front desk asked the vet if they could switch it to tablets which was way cheaper and way easier for my dog to take. I was so impressed and happy with how it was handled and happy that I didn't have to pay extra. I believe her name is Raven, she was working the front desk and helped with switching the meds. I told her I was heading to an appointment and would have to come back to pick up the meds. She sent me a text to let me know that the meds were able to be switched to tablets and that they were ready to be picked up.

I had a stroke and then I was homebound so I had to use the mobile unit for a few years well last year while here on a home visit, something happened to my dog in that truck.she's not the same dog and she does not trust me. She does not trust Petwow anymore. I had to move her to a different vet. Because when I take her there, they have to sedate her to even examine her and I'm not doing that to her anymore She's 10 years old something happened. I don't know what because I wasn't there but my dogs actions prove that something happened to her she's generally a very sweet girl and she is not because of this she doesn't trust me anymore either so it's been difficult. Her personality change is very hard to accept. Anyway, I hope whatever happened to my dog doesn't happen to anyone else. Have a great day.

He pushed every boundary imaginable. His energy was out of control, jumping on everyone, unable to be around people or other dogs, and even knocking elderly people over. It was overwhelming and stressful, and we truly didn't know what to do. Then Doug came in, and in just two sessions, everything changed. He helped correct TJ's behavior, but more importantly, he taught us how to be better leaders. He showed us how to properly correct bad behavior while still loving our dog. What meant the most to me was how seen and understood I felt. Doug didn't make me feel like a bad dog parent for struggling or for not instantly feeling that perfect bond after adopting TJ. He understood. He helped me realize that TJ is a good boy who wants structure, leadership, and a pack to belong to. Doug gave us the tools, the confidence, and the consistency we needed, and the results have been incredible. When I say TJ is better, that is an understatement. We can now have people in our home without worrying. He greets guests without jumping all over them or scratching them. We no longer have to put him away when people come over. He is calmer, more respectful, and honestly happier. He is not stealing food off plates or biting hands for snacks anymore. He comes back inside without trying to go after other dogs at the fence. Our entire home feels more peaceful. Even our 2-year-old son interacts more gently with TJ now, because TJ is respecting boundaries in a way he never did before. Most importantly, TJ now has a permanent, loving home, and that is because of Doug. I was genuinely worried about my elderly grandma getting hurt before, and now I feel confident that TJ will be calm and respectful around her. That peace of mind is priceless. Doug is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and effective. He does not just train your dog, he equips you with everything you need to continue that progress long-term. Thank you, DNA K9 for not just training our dog, but for helping us truly fall in love with him. I would recommend them to anyone. After speaking to the owner and explaining that the training was not working, he did not offer me any kind of resolution or refund. He recommended that I get a different breed of dog and so "kindly" offered to train a new breed for "free". My dog did not get the training that most dogs do, which is within their facility. So many dogs at their facility had kennel cough, so my dog received training outside of the facility for a very short amount of time every day (within the training duration) maybe, if my dog had received the type of training that I had paid for and there weren't so many sick dogs at Bulletproof, which is very questionable in itself my dog may have benefited from the training.

She didn't have any terrible behavioral issues. She was the most friendly, sweet, LOVING dog we had ever met. Once she cam home from the training, she was very sick. I did not receive updates on her while in training as promised. I was never notified that she was sick. When we picked her up they said she was sneezing from getting bathed. That was not the case, she was sick for a month and on antibiotic for a month. After speaking to Bill about the issue of her being sick and not receiving updates, he refunded $500. Which now in hindsight, I should have received a full refund. Once our dog started to feel better, she has become more aggressive, which she never was. She will not allow us to put any training collar on her as she is so afraid of it and snaps at whoever is putting it on her. We rescued our dog from the side of the road at 8 weeks old. She was not mistreated. She was the sweetest jumping, barking baby. Now, she doesn't trust anyone but our family. No one can go near her in her crate, come to the door, stop for a visit, on walks or in public that she doesn't know. I am not saying that Bulletproof has bad training, I am saying that whatever they did to our family dog was bad training. If she was unable to be trained with normal measures then we should have been notified. She should have been pulled from the program. I believe that she was "zapped" too much and at too high of a level which has made her so afraid and aggressive. The dogs that they train should be trained through positive reinforcement, not zapping the h3ll out of them through fear and PAIN!!!!!! Shame on you, Bulletproof, Cincinnati!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!
