I was referred to use Breezy Pet Care and it couldn't have gone smoother. Joy was able to do a meet and greet ahead of time so she knew who would be coming into the home. During that time, they played together so Joy would have a fond memory. I was away for a full week. Everyday I received an update with a picture of Joy looking tired and happy. They had walks and playtime. My house was clean when I returned and really the whole process was seamless and affordable. This was my first time having someone stay at my house rather than bring Joy elsewhere and I loved that she got to stay home the whole time where she is most comfortable. It's also nice when you're away to know there is someone looking after your home. Plants watered, mail taken in, trash brought out on time. We were able to go into a private room that had been set up to feel more like a room in your home, it didn't feel medical. There was a couch, carpet and tables. It felt like they went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. Afterwards, they let us stay in there as long as we need to. A week or so later we received a card from the entire staff and a clay footprint from our dog. They really do care about you and it shows.
