When she sees her leash and we head to the car she starts jumping up and down over a foot off the ground she's so excited! She loves day care and has a best friend there. She is so well taken care of and we've started adding agility training a couple days a week. She's very skittish still around people from her life pre rescue, but she adores everyone at Molly's! She goes every day and if we don't take her, she is not happy with us! We really love it. It's been so good for her confidence and exposure to more people. The picture is of Daisy (orange and white) and her best friend at the day care.

This time, they reported a total of $120... UGH WHAT! I asked if the prices were yet again increased, and they told me the groomer tacked on a fee for "difficulty". Everyone my dog encounters is like "omg he's so calm", "he's so lazy", "I wish my dog behaved like Archie". This report of his behavior was totally surprising. Also, they never called me to tell me he was ready- I had to call after 7 hours to find he had just been sitting there ready. Hair cuts have been hit or miss. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

I trust them with my dog, and that's not something I say lightly.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

This is the second time my dog has come home injured after staying at this facility. I contacted the business immediately. I still have not received the promised refund or any explanation for how my dog was injured. I trusted this facility to care for my dog while I was out of the country, and I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I'm posting a photo of the injury so other pet owners can make an informed decision. If you board your dog here, inspect your pet carefully before leaving the facility.

We needed boarding on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us once our dog's vaccination records were confirmed, which we appreciated. During his stay, there were no cameras available for owners to check in on their pets, but we did receive a report card update. Unfortunately, about three days after bringing our dog home, he developed a severe cough. We took him to our veterinarian, who diagnosed him with kennel cough. As a result, our dog is now on medication for the next three weeks and must be kept away from other pets while he recovers. We understand that kennel cough can be highly contagious and can occur even in facilities that require vaccinations. However, it was disappointing and costly to deal with immediately after boarding. While we appreciated the friendly staff and accommodations, this experience leaves us with mixed feelings about boarding here again.
