This store carries pet foods I have never seen or heard of because when I buy "fancy" pet food, it's Iams or Science Diet. This store does not sell Iams or Science Diet; the brands they do carry are not sold in pet stores like PetSmart or Pet Supermarket. I bought three 5.5 oz. cans and one 13 oz. can for just under $8. This is cheaper than sharing my pole-caught canned tuna (http://www.americantuna.com) with my cats. Debbie, the store owner, is helpful and knowledgeable about the pet foods. I have one complaint: not all items have price tags, however she just moved to this new location a week ago, perhaps she hasn't gotten around to pricing everything. I'll be returning for the 13 oz. of canned food for only a $1.50.

Although he seemed knowledgeable, I told him our plan was to feed raw and kibble due to our budget and felt shamed for it. He told me kibble (even high quality - which is what I plan to use) is total garbage. Belittling your customers is not the way to get repeat clients. Will not be coming back at all - despite the quality of their raw food product.

It has the standard look and layout of what you would expect from PetSmart. On a recent visit to this location, I visited the aquatics section, the feline section and the clearance section for canine snacks. They had most everything that I expected, however, I did notice that there were some items here that I had not seen at other locations. As with most locations, I generally find employees up front working the cash registers or in the pet grooming area. I didn't really have any questions in my last visit but generally I am able to get questions answered. Due to price and convenience, PetSmart is one of a few pet stores that I always shop in.

The team at Shellie's exuded patience and love for our big guy from the very start; we were able to develop a plan for regular visits (even if just a quick wash) to help him acclimate to regular grooming sessions. They never rushed a service with him (the initial took 6hrs, but his later were down to 1.5hrs, keeping the same groomer each time) they kept him comfortable and loved from the get-go. We tragically and unexpectedly lost our sweet Bud this April to Bloat, the whole team shared love and sweet words about our boy. Flash forward to today... we rescued another dog (1/2 Anatolian and 1/2 GP mix). I woke up to him having gotten sick in his crate and "biological waste" covering some of his fur.. tack on that I have a toddler, and this morning just felt like the day was DOOMED before it started. Along came Shellie's to the rescue! I desperately texted to see if they had any same-day appointments for a bath... she promptly responded, was patient with the timing of me getting him there (we had to take a walk.. no way he was getting in the car like that), and kept him for long enough to allow me to clean out the crate/house before needing to pick him up. The team at Shellie's is professional, consistent, and always looking out for their client's health/wellbeing! Look no further than here for a groomer, they are the best around!
