Such an amazing team of caring individuals here. The groomer was kind and friendly to my dog. Addie gets nervous at the groomers, but went back willingly with there sweet and patient groomer who addressed Addie's needs. Thank you All 4 Pets. read more

All 4 Pets is so convenient to home and offers not just food and other pet necessities, but they also have grooming here. Back when they first opened they used to have birds in the store and I looooved coming here and seeing the beautiful cockatoos and other types of birds. That was years ago and these days the only living creatures you can buy here are crickets and probably mealworms if I had to guess. This is where I buy all of my dog food and get our dog groomed. They offer a buy 12 get your next back free program which is always nice. I wish they did the same for grooming. LOL They have a great variety of top of the line foods so if you don't use the grocery store brands, then there is a good chance you'll find it here. read more

Showed up for my appointment with confirmation and they said they had no availability and no record of my appointment even when I showed them my confirmation with that address. They just kept asking me questions about what time I called and who I spoke to. Terrible experience. I was also charged a deposit. We'll see about that. The person working the register was unprofessional and unhelpful. Just 4 Dogs Pet Salons: Just 4 Dogs Pet Salons: Your appointment has been scheduled for Saturday February 18th at 11:30 AM EST. All 4 Pets - Pet Stores Near Me - Orlando, Florida

All 4 Pets in the Walmart Plaza is a small pet supplies and grooming store that has lots of options for your furry friends. They cater to the higher end food market with grain-free and natural foods. They even have a refrigerated section with all kinds of gross stuff that apparently dogs and cats might enjoy. Grooming is by appointment and they do a pretty good job at cleaning up a bushy animal. It serves the local community of Avalon Park well and we routinely stop in for food and services. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They do have some offers where if you buy X bags of food, you get one free. It's for certain brands and they usually ask everyone when you purchase. It's electronic so no more cutting out UPC labels. read more

all for pets in Avalon did an amazing job on Chickie today . she went from crusty to cute for a 17 year old!!! Tysm for being so sweet with all my dogs-great group of girls in your place! I love that you are still here despite bigger businesses when you are just a number!! read more

This little shop has all that you need for your pets. Their groomers do a great job too. This is the type of local shop you want to frequent. read more

We take my dog here every few months for a full-service bath. The staff is always so nice and professional, and the groomers always come out to talk to me when I'm dropping my dog off just so they understand exactly what I want for this visit. We'll be coming back for a long time! read more

This place was recommended by my neighbor and it's close to my house. My dog needs someone who knows how to handle him (Chihuahua problems). Well, we made appointment and she was able to get me in the next day. I dropped him off, they communicated well when he would be done and how much it would be. They called about the time they estimated and he looked great. The only reason I did 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a lack of communication somewhere and my doggo almost didn't get a cut (which was the whole reason for the appointment). It wasn't until I overheard another customer get asked about cut preferences that it clicked, "why didn't she ask me? Maybe she thinks it's just a bath?" So I asked and sure enough, a cut was not on her books. I'm impressed she was still about to do it within the time frame and happy she made it work. When I picked him up he looked great! His nails could have been shorter as he was still making plenty of clicking sounds on my hard woods, but I'll be sure to mention it next time! Maybe after next bath I can upgrade to 5 stars! My dog has also been kicked out of 5+ places for behavior issues while grooming and she had no issue or reservation about using a muzzle. Most places have said no and asked him not to come back. read more

Upon entering: kind welcoming, nothing out of the ordinary. Items for sale were reasonably priced for the type of store (not chewy prices of course). If I needed something at the time, wouldn't have mind spending the money. Nail trim: the best nail trim my pup has gotten in ... pretty much her lifetime! No nicks at all! They were cut down properly, filled and lasted a very long time. Would definitely return even if it's just for a nail trim. (I live in the Lake Nona area but was in the Alafaya area for the day). Hair cut: average hair cut. I have a schnauzer which may be considered a tougher hair cut. Also, my dog is very anxious and a BIG baby! So although the haircut wasn't as short as I would've liked it, I'm very understandable. I prefer my dog is safe and comfortable than her receiving a perfect haircut. Price: average price. Not a "deal" not "expensive" but content outcome for the price. Note: I was Recommened this groomer by a friend. read more

Great little shop! Everyone there is super nice and helpful. We mainly use them for grooming our dog and she always looks great when finished. They have a price guarantee and they mainly carry higher end items. Definitely worth checking out for your dog and cat needs. read more

You must stop here if you have pets. I've never met a pet food place that was so knowledgeable about pets and had such a wide variety of natural food. Their Passion for Pets is very visible. I see they also offer dog grooming services, though I haven't tried them as I have cats. And my cats prefer to groom themselves, thank you very much... :-) If you buy 11 cans of food, you get the 12th one for free. The prices are reasonable. Often times, they beat Amazon. Highly recommend this place. read more

I'm coming to update my review as it's a few years old and All 4 Pets needs a little love. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would ten times over! I came here when I lived in Avalon Park and I have since moved to Apopka... And after a few not so great experiences we are happy to make the hour drive back to A4P and NEVER going anywhere else! My two pups love coming here, they always leave happy looking amazing, and the staff here can't be nicer. We love A4P!! read more

I come here just for the natural cat food and the customer service. All 4 Pets is a small pet store so they don't have much, but what they do have is of good quality. The good customer service also helps. I have a 9 year-old-male Siamese who is very particular about what he will he eat (has been since he was palm-sized). He likes variety so he gets both wet and dry cat food but every now and then he decides that the current wet food entree isn't working for him. The tough part is that generally the only meat that he likes is tuna (and the occasional bite of Peruvian chicken). I was looking for something new for him to try when I got a coupon for this place in the mail. After describing these pesky eating habits, the guy working recommended Tuna & Salmon sweet-cheeks by Best Friends Foods. It is low carb, grain free and made with wild caught fish. The best part is that my feline loves it. They have a few other mixes of Tuna & something (e.g. beef, turkey, chicken, etc.) -- so far everything but the turkey mix gets his approval. On a different day, I was given a sample/can of 100% natural tuna with cheese by almo nature. Since the feline does eat cheese (mostly cheddar & soft cheeses like Neufchâtel, cream cheese and cottage cheese), I figured I'd give it a try. Also, another success! Overall, they were really helpful in resolving my finicky feline dilemma - I hope these wet selections last awhile and I don't have to go "hunting" again anytime soon. read more

Love this place! And so does my little Prince. It has all the natural treats and wet foods he likes AND fun toys. I haven't made a purchase here yet but I will definitely be back. I haven't been able to find Merrick Purrfect Bistro cat food anywhere since we've moved from MD but I wondered into All 4 Pets and there it was. I also had a chance to speak to an AMAZZZZZIINNNGGGGG and extremely knowledgeable sales associate. He gave me some great options for foods that compare to what I've been feeding my cat as well as some other options. He knew everything down to the year the companies started and the amount of recalls. I love him, lol! He even gave me samples of each food he spoke to me about for Chanel to try. We will definitely be back some time soon. Thank you awesome sales associate, I wish I would've gotten his name. read more

All 4 Pets does a wonderful job trimming my dog's nails, they're very caring and gentle with him and his nails always look great afterwards. Lots of cool stuff to buy there, dog cookie/treat bar, and fun toys. If you need a specific kind of all-natural dog food or treats, they probably have it here. We're really happy to have such a great local pet store near us! read more

Avalon has had a couple of pet stores open up in the past few weeks. Hearing that this one was going to be selling "exotic" pets and supplies for them, we were hoping for someplace new to get stuff for our birds as well as our pups. How can one describe All 4 Pets? Take a Pet Supermarket, remove the pups and kitties from being sold, only sell a fraction of the amount of items and jack up all the prices? How does that sound to you? It sounds pretty terrible to me, and that about sums up this store. Yes, they have at least a small selection of items for just about every type of pet you can own legally, or at least safely. But you'll pay way more here than any other store. A simple stuffing-less squeak toy for a pup? $12. On a sort of positive note, they do sell some fancy looking/sounding pet foods that seem like they must be hard to find - because I've never even heard of them before. None of our vets have even recommended them. So why only a single star for what is otherwise just another overpriced wanna-be-boutique? First - the living conditions of the animals they're selling. Yes, they're clean, but that's the end of the good. They have rabbits, birds and I think they were mice out for you to interact with and fall in love with. All of the animals are living on wood shavings. Not bad for bunnies and mice, not great either - bad for birds. The mice (or whatever they were) have a little hut. I don't think the bunnies did - and the birds have absolutely no toys or anything to keep them busy or perches to climb or sit on. When we visited, there were four birds available - three were kept together and an African Grey kept isolated. He had nothing to do, so he kept walking in circles and rubbing his beak against the glass. If the less than stellar habitats were the worst, I could have gone with 2 stars, but we're not done. A worker noticed us looking at the birds(it's not hard, the store is tiny) and decided to start the small talk. There are a number of unscrupulous people who steal birds and re-sell them - and a lot of other innocent people just don't know the difference between types of birds, so we generally avoid ever going into any depth as to what sort of birds we own. After being repeatedly pressed, my wife told him what we have. He started asking us how much we paid, where we got our birds and then WHERE WE LIVED. (as in, "Do you live right around here, in one of these neighborhoods?") No. He admitted that they get their animals from breeders and was obviously looking for a new source. He went on to tell us how young the birds he was selling were - WAY too young to be out or sold to an inexperienced bird owner. The eclectus was only 7 weeks old - and he was all excited that he could show us that the bird still had his baby fluff feathers. Yesterday was our first and final visit. But with prices and creepiness like this, they won't be around much longer anyways. read more

I've been going to All 4 Pets for several months. It's the only place nearby where I can get special food for my diabetic cat. This isn't your typical pet store. In fact, I wouldn't classify it as a pet store at all. It's a food and accessory store, and just so happens to have a few pets here and there. The owner, Jeff, is fantastic. My vet recommended this store by name. My 14 year old kitty is diabetic and has to have grain-free, raw food. When I walked into this store for the first time and told Jeff about my cat's special diet, he was able to recommend several brands. This guy knows a ton about pet nutrition and while yes, the brands he carries are rather expensive, this is high-quality food we're talking about. He even gave my friend a brand to try for his dog...it cleared up the dog's skin allergies! This is now the only pet food store I visit. Jeff even makes special orders for me to make sure he has my brand in stock. I'm also able to help out a local business and I'm keeping my kitty healthy. It's truly a win-win and I cannot recommend All 4 Pets enough! read more

All 4 Pets provides custumers with incredible customer service, incredible knowledge of pets, food, products and anything animal related. The team at A4P is not only going to love, care and nurture to your loved one but also do everything for your pet like it's one of their own. They have a great selection of products to choose from whether it's treats, food, toys or pet medication. A4P is light years better then any of those major pet stores like Petsmart and Petco. read more

Won't be going back. My mini Golden Doodle was taken in to do a mini groom. "Face,Feet and sanitary trim" I was so sad to see a text of him being shaved due to a lot of matts. Regardless, a trim is a trim... why would you shave the whole body?! Why wouldn't you just honor the owners req. first for doing such a drastic change or just refuse to touch it. read more

Back in again today buying bird toys for our parrots. Another staff member Jeff was very helpful. He helped us to order 20# of sunflower seeds and save us a bundle. We've dealt with three staff members now and they all seem very helpful and knowledgeable. Got the two toys today and saved 50% on them. Anyone who buys parrot toys knows how expensive they can be. I love coming in here at least every month or so to see what they have. Having the parrots out in the front to see and touch is a bonus. My next parrot will come from here cause the babies are so friendly. Not afraid of people! I think they do a great job here. Will be back next month. read more

I can't speak from the "bird" perspective so will leave that to the previous Yelper. I can make a couple of observations in support of my rating: 1. The staff there is always very friendly. Some might consider this overt salesmanship, but they are in a high rent district selling an overall elastic group of goods. They want to interact but are never pushy, and I don't think asking if someone is from the area necessarily means they're the front line of an international bird smuggling ring. 2. They're knowledgeable. No matter which item I ask about they know what the product is about and explain it fully (the good AND the bad). 3. As to prices, I can't speak for all the products in the store however the Earthborn dog food, which is a very high quality food, is cheaper there than in any other store in Orlando as well as online (shipping is the killer). Why don't vets recommend Earthborn, leading it to be a brand that some "have never heard of"? Because vets have a small cottage industry in treating skin allergies for dogs, therefore keeping dogs on the high grain content brands you find in the supermarket, the brands *you've heard of*, they keep their margins high. If you have a dog with skin allergies, change their food first. /PSA Get your dogs from the Orange County Animal Shelter, dog toys at the dollar store and food and other items related to their good health here. PS the birds are right out in the open for you to pet and interact with, it's a blast! read more

I visited this shop at the recommendation of my vet since I have a yellow lab who has some food allergy issues and we wanted to put him on a grain-free diet. The large box retailers do not carry many if any grain-free dog foods. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly employee who showed me the dog food options as well as treats and set me up with several free samples to get us started. They have a buyer reward program for the food we ultimately decided on and that is going to help us a lot. I would recommend this place to dog owners without hesitation. Small business success is challenging and I wish these guys the best! read more

I have been going here for years. The owner and staff are super friendly. They get to know you by name. My dog always freaks out going to the groomers, but here they treat her good and she doesn't seem to mind as much! They also have healthier treats for my furry friend! read more

I love this place. I have been shopping here since they opened. I have 2 dogs, 2 birds, a rabbit and a hamster. All are fed premium foods. All 4 Pets owners started carrying Oxbow rabbit food for me several years ago. They are the most competitively priced on Oxbow - they're about $3 below the big box stores. I also feed Acana and Orijen dog foods and they are also competitively priced below the nearest pet food specialty shop in the area. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and are such a great part of the Avalon Park community. I love feeding my pets affordable high quality food and buying from a local business! http://youtu.be/kUc5JmgrTGo read more

I take my 2 yorkies, maltese and poodle here and they do an excellent job grooming. My pets love them.

We live across the street and shop here regularly. I find the staff to be more knowledgeable and friendly than those at stores like PetSmart, the prices are comparable, and it's a much shorter drive for me... so I prefer shopping here. And when I do, I'm supporting a small business. Note: I am a dog owner - no other pets. PRICES I find them to be on par. As with ANY store, there are some higher-priced items that you'd be better off buying elsewhere - so it isn't the only place that I exclusively shop. But for a decent leash, collar, water bowl, grain-free chews, high quality food and treats, I find the prices to be fair and on par. Also, there are frequently coupons in the mail for $5 or $10 off. QUALITY PRODUCTS We buy bags of dry dog food here, such as Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet. There are lots of other grain-free options for food and treats, which is great for all dogs but especially those with allergies. There are also frozen (raw) meats available for those who want their dogs to have a minimally processed diet. Unlike PetSmart, All 4 Pets only offers high quality dog foods. You may think brands like Pedigree and Science Diet are good, but you'd be surprised what's in them. The dog food here is much more wholesome and I believe my dogs are less likely to get cancer and other illnesses as a result. SELECTION They've added more products and more shelves since they've opened. The aisles are now tiny - enough for 1 person to walk through. Is the selection smaller than PetSmart's? Obviously, yes.... but they have everything I need on a regular basis (food, treats, shampoo) and I'm glad for the 5-minute drive here. KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY STAFF Every time we come here, we are greeted personally. We ask lots of questions and they are happy to give answers and help us find the right products. Once we made a large purchase (roughly $80-$100) and were given several samples of food to take with us. They actually help us find discounts and tell us about upcoming coupons. GROOMING We had one dog (poodle/bichon mix) groomed here once. The price was low/average compared to others. His fur was grown out and a bit knotted, so the groomer said he needed to be shaved, even though I requested he remain a little fluffy. He basically got a kennel cut (very short) but with a little fluff left on his tail and head. Overall he looked and smelled good. However, the next day he started coming down with a nasty ear infection and I had to take him to the vet a few days later. I don't know for certain if it was related to the grooming, but it seems logical given there were no other changes in his environment. I didn't see any minor cuts or anything on his ear, so I suspect the groomer might just need to sanitize her equipment better. Aside from the ear infection (which isn't necessarily from the grooming), everything was great. I would give her another chance if I didn't have my own grooming set now. OVERALL I recommend shopping here for dog food and treats if you live in the Waterford/Avalon area and don't want to feed your dog junk. read more

I have been taking my small Yorkie to be groomed at this location for about 6 months now. I was satisfied with their service up until yesterday. My dog was taken in to be trimmed because she is expecting her puppies soon. To my surprise, when I came home to my dog, SHE HAD BEEN SHAVED. I called back to the store to have a conversation about the mistake and the person on the phone was unapologetic, rude and dismissive. I am VERY disappointed and upset at the service delivered and WILL NEVER shop or groom my dog at this establishment. read more

I recently bought a baby bearded dragon from a large chain store and after just 4 days it stOpped eating. The store I bought it from wasn't much help. I stopped by all 4 pets and asked their advice, and they gave me several suggestions. They even contacted their breeder for help when nothing worked. They knew I did not buy my dragon from them. When it did not get better I had to return it to the super store for medical care, where it later died. I purchased a new baby bearded dragon from all 4 pets and it is doing very well. The prices might be a little higher, but the pet is much healthier. They also have very inexpensive prices for the crickets needed for daily feeding. I found the knowledge and customer service to be exceptional! I will admit that the variety is limited, but that is common when a store has not been opened long. I will continue to shop there! read more

im not sure where the joe c. went but he was on something if he went to all 4 pets.I went there with my wife to get some new dog chokers for our huskies and fell in love with a blue and gold macaw. Amazing service and knowledgeable. All natural too for you hippiefolk. I havent tried grooming yet but I assume they are good too.

Took my Persian Kitten to get groomed for the first time to the Conway location the end of December 2018, loved the groomer and the lion cut! Made an appointment this past Friday (March 1) at the Avalon location because the cat groomer moves around to different locations. Upon pickup, I was told that my total was $75. I asked why because the last cut in December was $55. (Also, I had just received my cats report card with perfect behavior.) I was told that $55 was the price of a kitten cut and now it's $75 for an adult cut. My cat isn't even a year old yet?? And if there is a price difference you should have told me when I dropped him off. It was a decent lion cut but not worth $75, especially if your expecting a tip. I don't even spend that much on my own hair. And now you've lost a customer who would have brought their cat consistently every two/three months to get groomed! read more

My favorite pet store, I love birds and I love coming to all 4 pets. The guys working there are knowledgeable and will tell you the positive and negatives of each bird. I've been to different bird stores, and they will tell you anything to just so they can sell. The set up they have is great, the birds become very social, and will let anyone handle them. I'm saving up to get my bird, so far all the people I've talked to that got their birds from there are extremely happy They keep no more than 7 big birds at one time, they also have smaller birds, conures & cockatiels. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a bird! read more

I want to admit that I have been blind to the fact that just because you read something a company puts on it's label that it is true. I have been feeding my dogs dry dog food from so many different brands over the years based on PRICE and availability because it said, "It would make my dog healthy." A few days ago I switched dog food based on availability and my dogs behavior changed. Not just one dog, but 2. My Norwegian Elkhound didn't want to take a walk, she just wanted to lay on the floor all day. My Chow Chow started eating the trash out of the bathroom and cigarette butts outside. This has NEVER been the case with these well behaved, mostly energetic dogs. I did some research online. OMG! The brands I was using for their food had scientific reviews done by people other than their employees which basically said I was feeding my dog Fast Food every day! What? So I did some more research for basically 3 hours and decided it was time to buy the dog food that my dogs were meant to have before making a $ was important to companies. The only place I knew of to go was All 4 Pets. I went there and told them my issues. I also told them that I didn't want to spend a fortune (what a lovely dog owner I am), but I want the nutritional dog food that was meant for my dogs. The man I spoke with was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was kind and understanding. He asked me if my dogs were old or young, if they had any medical problems, and what food they had recently been on. I have been to many Pet Stores for food and no one has ever asked me anything but "What kind of dogs do you have?" end of questions. The dog food after only 24 hours has given my dogs so much energy! My Chow who used to take 3 hours to finish his bowl, has eaten it all in 5 minutes. My Norwegian Elkhound is playful again, and she is 12 years old. I went back to All 4 Pets today to buy (the cheapest) Dog Biscuits. Don't look for me at Sam's Club, PetSmart, Walmart, Target, or BJ's in the Dog Food isle....I won't be there anymore!!!! Thank you All 4 Pets for giving me real food for my dogs that actually makes them better! read more

We shop here for our dog food and dog treats. However I will never have our dogs groomed there again. They both came home with terrible haircuts. It will take years fir my golden to grow back the hair that was chopped off (the groomer was asked NOT to cut his pants...they are gone) and our other dog will probably look "normal" in a year or so. SOOO disappointed. read more

I don't like the review I read: I use many pet stores in Orlando (just depending where I am that day) This store brings back CUSTOMER SERVICE. While it is small, the employees go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. If they don't have what you need ? THEY WILL ORDER IT FOR YOU. Don't see a pet you want ? THEY WILL TRY TO LOCATE IT FOR YOU. I don't live in Avalon I travel to got there because I LOVE the service. Nail clipping is available and saves me $$$$$$$. Pet food is UPPER scale not that stuff you get at your mega stores. I prefer my pets to eat better quality food so we have LESS VET VISITS. And most vets only sell and know about what they sell to profit from (that's why there in business) Unless they do there reach to see whats new on the market. Like we as PET OWNERS have to. GREAT LITTLE STORE ! Judge for yourself not someones comments. read more
