I'd give them a 5 if communication was clear, but it was almost going to leave a score of 3, if the young lady wasn't always there to keep my billing consistent and fix the miscommunications. Animals Etc Pet Motel has been one the most affordable and most caring doggy hotels we have experienced for my dog. Their facility is a little old but they are experienced and have been in business for a long time. They worked with me at late hours and last minute! Toby seems to love it there and we are so grateful that they can work with my work schedule. Recently, my car broke down 5 minutes from their business and the owners picked Toby and I up in the middle of the road and gave us a ride. They checked up on us and offered to help with my truck. Extremely nice people and we can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!!!

my dog had a blood blister on left eye lower eyelid since August of 2022, took to his regular vet…read more6 different times and the last three visits back to back in December 2023, antibiotics were given but never healed and continue to worsen to the point that he scratched his cornea and developed an eye ulcer, exausted emotionally and needles to say financially decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Cerelli, without much explanation, immediately diagnosed my dog with upper rear abscess tooth very near the eye, I got emotional because finally my dog's condition made sense and could now address the issue after seeing him suffer for almost 2 years, since, my dog was place in antibiotics and dental procedure was done. it has been 4 days since the procedure and my dog is recovering very well and becoming himself again. Dr. Cerelli specializes in other medical procedures that other vets in our area do not, I also observed how he is is kind and nurturing to animals he is treating, not only with my pet but with other clients, he does not overbook himself allowing him to be thorough in examining and give options on treatment needed. his office has appointment fee policies that are mentioned on some negative reviews but those policies are reasonable, time is valuable and responsible individuals should be on time for such important appointment.
