That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all.
