I have to deal with taking him back to the vet and they're not paying for that cost all because they left the dogs unattended. What kind of boarding service treats their clients like this? I never got anything about what happened that day or when my dog got it or what dog I do not recommend #MIN's pet service at all. They might be nice now but if something happens to your dog, just watch how they treat you.

I've been taking my dog here for years until today!!! Never again!! First I wanna say that last…read moretime before today , I picked up my pug and he was panting really bad and it scared me that he was overheating. Like if he was left out in heat too long! But I gave the benefit of the doubt and please always trust your gut!! Anyhow today I picked my dog up from boarding for one night and I noticed my dogs lipstick was out. We all know it's out sometimes and it's normal but I was visibly swollen ! I waited about an hour and still the same ! I messaged them and apparently he has been like that for two hrs!! And no one thought to mention it to me. I tell her the vet said he more that likely mated w a female dog or he was forcefully separated from a female causing it to swell and no able to go back in! I messaged her and she said it's not a medical emergency! Like what! You're not a vet to be saying that!! And she acted all defensive . Like no customer service or empathy at all. I was just telling her feedback bc us owners need to know any changes in our babies! Like do you even care! I feel like they don't really watch the dogs.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. This used to be my go to spot for grooming and…read moreboarding, they even knew my dog by name. But after this last experience, I'm done. They charged me an "early check in fee" for dropping my dog off at noon, and a "late check out fee" for picking him up at 5pm! Then, because I didn't buy a bath (I had literally bathed him right before dropping him off), they charged me another full night. The front desk woman actually said "if you don't purchase a bath, we charge another nights fee" How is that anything but predatory business practices!? But the part that made me completely lose the trust I had, was that they forgot to feed my dog for an entire day! They tried to claim he was "picking at his food," but the moment he got home, within a few minutes he ate his entire meal with zero hesitation. This place went from reliable to downright unacceptable. I refuse to support a business that nickel and dimes customers while neglecting the basic care of the pets they're paid to look after!

Then the owner came out to scold her for not following the process :(

The Edinburg location is a great start-up facility. Everyone is very polite. Each member does seem…read moreto love animals, and that matters a lot. The only thing lacking is good communication, but there is a young lady there that ALWAYS smoothes things over. So I've got to give them some kudos for that! I just prefer not to have to smooth things over upon each visit, but given the drive of each individual, some more ambitious to charge extra than others, I think if they come together and form stronger leadership they will flourish as a business. Again, polite, kind, and caring. If you add consistency to this dynamic, you'll have a perfect place where you can feel 100 percent happy to leave your family (fur-baby) under their care. I'd give them a 5 if communication was clear, but it was almost going to leave a score of 3, if the young lady wasn't always there to keep my billing consistent and fix the miscommunications. They have a great location, clean facility, cute ideas, just need to be consistent and keep up with competitive pricing. They are fair, once you find the young lady who knows her business very well there. Wishing them all the best!
