We continued to use Darcy Woo, but this last hair cut was the last ! The groomer even admitted she screwed up on her ears, boy she wasn't wrong! Then to top it off she picked up Maggie out of the coral she had her in and as she was turning around, she drop Maggie! Maggie landed on her flat on her belly! Ever since she's been home she's been hacking, and now started with seizures last night! I don't know what happened behind closed doors , but I hope the vet can answer some ?'s today when we bring her in today!

Just looking out for any future employees. I worked here for…read morearound 5 months back in 2018-2019 I've never in my life had a worse boss. Booster is abrasive, manipulative, and extremely unpredictable. She told me she would have me as a groomer once I was trained and then later told me I was more useful as an assistant. This meant doing all of her work for her, almost completing full grooms sometimes but paid as an assistant and not a groomer, no sharing of tips happened when I would do 90% of the groom either. There is a revolving door here of employees and for good reason.

We recently changed from Clever K9 to Pawsitive Vibes in Menasha and could not be happier! Only…read moreafter switching have my suspicions been confirmed totally since you never know exactly what is happening behind closed doors at a groomer. Definitely do not recommend taking your dog here. My large golden doodle would be miserable for days after leaving this place. They would tell me they had to shave him completely after asking specifically not to. I was told once that if I didn't want him shaved down completely (because it made him sore and uncomfortable) that I was welcome to take him home and brush him better. For context I have been complimented by other groomers past and present on how well we keep him brushed. The staff is rude, they inexplicably take far longer than expected and will leave your dog sore uncomfortable and anxious to save themselves the "trouble" of doing the job correctly and humanely.

What ever they used, he did not scratch, which he has done when I wash him! , and I thought I bought the Good stuff. They have a lot of years experience between them and it shows in the way they greet and treat the dogs. Will not go anywhere else now! Their prices are also very reasonable!!
