LOVE THIS PLACE, my pupper loves this place too he gets super exited to go there,…read more they know him and all other pups that i have seen by name and the best part is there are always people in the play area to keep an eye on the pups, great place for socialization and to tire out an active pup, prices are inline with everyone else and the quality of service is far better

We have had bad experiences with boarding in the past, our dog just doesn't like being caged all…read moreday and gets very upset. We had found a local pet sitter, but on one trip she was not available the full time and we had to find another solution. An exhaustive search of area boarding facilities led us to the Dog Cabin. Yes, the dogs are in cages at night, but they are out for the majority of the day, playing in daycare. They provide beds and blankets for each dog and overall it seemed like the best boarding environment for our pup. He loved his overnight stay at Dog Cabin so much, that we now bring him back regularly for daycare. Their hours are great - 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, which is really great for working families. They also do grooming, which we have used on occasion, but the best part is, you can get a nail trim for $10 while at daycare. We love that as it saves us the separate trip to Petco that we had to do with our other daycare. They also have cameras in daycare, so you can peek in and see how things are going. The prices are great and they often run daycare package specials. They've stayed open during the pandemic (their normal hours), which has been immensely helpful for us to maintain some routine for our dog while we are working at home. Everyone is so nice, it's obvious they care about the dogs. And everything is so clean. Take your dog to the Dog Cabin, you won't be disappointed!!

Brought my 4 year old 90lb dog in for his first overdue nail trim (we used to live in an area with…read morelots of sidewalks that naturally filed his nails... no sidewalks where we live now and he wouldn't let me get near his nails). I had called the day prior to make an appointment, but I don't think it's even necessary for just a nail trim. I'm not sure of the girl's name that did his nails, but she was excellent. Even though my dog was a HUGE BABY and screamed the whole time... she basically wrestled him and got it done. The whole process only took about 10 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with this grooming business was consistently frustrating, primarily due to poor…read morecommunication and a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability. On multiple occasions, the staff was disorganized at pickup and drop-off, showing confusion over which leashes or collars belonged to which of our pets. There was also a lack of clarity regarding initial requests or requirements at the start of appointments, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have since moved our business to a different local groomer.
