She was crying and wouldn't let me near them. Than her bottom is big, red and swollen. Looks like they used a dull or too strong blade. She can't even walk without freaking out and crying. I called asking what I could do they just said put neosporin and did not offer anything. I'm surprised they did not tell me about the cuts on her ear, when I called they wear aware that they were there.Not happy with the result and now a vet visit is needed due to the inflammation and possible infection. Do not recommend. It's unfortunate because the staff is nice and I have enjoyed other cuts in the past, but I can't risk my pup being in this much pain again. The company needs to do something for us otherwise I will have to take our dogs some where else. It's so frustrating cause my fur baby can't even WALK!!! I'm so upset to see her in so much pain! I'm not one to ever be upset it's okay if her hair was cut badly but the fact she is INJURED is ridiculous. Update: groomers called us and explained to us this was due to matting and offered a free haircut on our next visit! Thank you for explaining to us how this was an issue due to matting and sensitivity and that it is normal and should clear up. Thankful for the follow up!

I decided to try out a grooming place that was closer and claimed they had many years experience with grooming cats and dogs. This was Jo's grooming. Now, this isn't a professional business by any means but you know what they say....The best places are the little hole in the wall places. So we decided to give this local place a go... When we came in, I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was and unclean the place was but then again this wasn't a chain store. I spoke to the owner, Jo, and she really made me believe she knew what she was doing, saying she owned a farm and sanctuary for animals and pets. A rescue of sorts. I had looked up her business and didn't see any negative reviews and she has been in business for many years. Maybe I should have gone with my instincts. I wasn't to happy with the stinky smell. But then dogs and cats poop and it smells. Jo seems really sincere and I believed her. I left my Lilly there for 5 and 1/2 hours thinking that maybe he gave Jo a really hard time, as he has done with us and Jo needed time for him to settle down so she can finish her job. As she explained to me as well. When I come to pick up my Lilly, he was really happy to see me. I picked him up, snuggled with him and he snuggled his head in the crease of my arm, a very unusual move for him, but I just thought he missed me. That was 7 days ago. He still isn't back to normal. He is very out of sorts. The left side of his whiskers had been chopped off, something I didn't notice when I first picked him up. You all know how it is when you are excited to see your new hair cut. And any cat lover knows that if a cats whiskers are hindered they become unbalanced. He is drooling like there is something wrong with his throat or teeth. He has not been the same!!! After 3 days ( monday) we took him to our Veterinarian. They couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. He hides under our bed blankets, for hours at a time. All the sheet and 2 comforters. He never did that before. He doesn't come down to play or even let us pet him. He is a different cat. I dont know what they did to my cat but I would NEVER take him back and I would be aware!!!!!!!

Believe me, I called over 10 in my area and the earliest I could book was end of September. Hubby new someone and recommended Nico. Nico was so accommodating that he stopped by our house to cut our fur baby's nails and trim his paw hair the same day we called him. His van inside and out are immaculate by this Infection Preventionist's high standards. Nico was very gentle with our super finicky Koda. We even got a free bow tie of our choosing for Koda. Please Read! This veterinarian tried to inject my dog with…read morealmost 3x the normal injection she gets on a monthly basis. My dog has Addison's diseases and has been treated for it for 4 years without issue. Dogs that have Addison's disease require blood work quarterly to test electrolyte levels in order to assess the amount of Zycortal needed for their monthly shots. My dog requires .9mL of zycortal monthly as per her last blood work in May. My regular veterinarian is located in Virginia and tried to get her injection done at this location because I am visiting family for about a month. She is due for her injection since I am here for a while. After giving this Vet my dog's medical records that state she is to be given .9mL, the vet said they will be giving her a 2.5mL injection because of her weight. I explained to this clinic that the dosage is not based off of weight, but by blood work that was recently conducted. All records that I have for my dog shows this. They still said that they will only give it by weight. They want to give my dog almost 3x's the amount of dosage as calculated by this treatment Addison disease I highly do not recommend this veterinarian service, due to negligence on performing the right type treatment. I have verified through my regular veterinarian and other veterinarians located around this clinic, that the dosage they are trying to administer on my dog is not correct and that they should of probably analyzed my dogs records and not tried to force me to give her an incorrect amount. I talked to the manager at this location and asked the personnel at the front desk to clarify the dosage with the veterinarian, but they still wanted to administer the wrong dosage. Please verify the treatment your pets are getting at this location with another veterinarian.

I was given…read moreReese to groom my 7 lb Shih Tzu as this was our first experience with this grooming place n groomer. We waited about a month to get in as they have shorter hours and days. The result was per my instructions - i am very pleased with this experience AND confident to continue with her on the grooming from now on. Took 2 hours which was reasonable and the price was too. The grooming room is walled up from the reception which i prefer. There are other grooming places that are wide open for owners to view. It was not drenched with doggie scent like some are.
