Nico was so accommodating that he stopped by our house to cut our fur baby's nails and trim his paw hair the same day we called him. Nico took amazing care of Jax! We adopted him 2 weeks ago and prior inadequate care led to matting on his ears. I shared my concerns and Nico went above and beyond my expectations! Although he was not able to get the mats completely out due to the severity, he recommended a couple of spots for us to take our pup. For $50, each of my 2 dogs got a bath, a "facial", dried, brushed out, nails clipped, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, breath freshened, and had the hair between their pads shaved out! Had a great experience today with our first grooming. Our rescue dog has anxiety and I was worried he wouldn't be able to do grooming at a storefront. He had an anxiety attack just walking into a Petco and totally shut down. So a one on one experience was going to be a must for Zeppelin. I messaged Nico and got a response almost immediately, making an appointment was a breeze! Nico arrived promptly on our scheduled day, having texted me the night before to confirm our time. I think dogs are a good judge of character and Zep was all tail wags when he met Nico. Nico kindly gave Zep a Christmas shocking filled with goodies, such a king gesture. The grooming took a little under three hours, our 92lb Great Pyrenees mix had a LOT of shed that needed to be brushed out. Zep looks amazing, he smells great and he's so soft!
