It was so difficult finding a new groomer since our regular one no longer offered services and more so due to this pandemic. Believe me, I called over 10 in my area and the earliest I could book was end of September. Hubby new someone and recommended Nico. Nico was so accommodating that he stopped by our house to cut our fur baby's nails and trim his paw hair the same day we called him. His van inside and out are immaculate by this Infection Preventionist's high standards. Nico was very gentle with our super finicky Koda. We even got a free bow tie of our choosing for Koda. Highly recommend his services. read more

Nico took amazing care of Jax! We adopted him 2 weeks ago and prior inadequate care led to matting on his ears. I shared my concerns and Nico went above and beyond my expectations! Although he was not able to get the mats completely out due to the severity, he recommended a couple of spots for us to take our pup. Jax still looked much better than when I dropped him off and smelled amazing!!! He gave us a discount for driving to him and fit us in the same day! I cannot say enough good things about the experience! If you're on the fence about a spa day for your pup, DO IT! read more

My wife and I brought our girl Spotty to Nico for a full treatment, and Nico did not disappoint! We have been looking for a small local business to support rather than the big box stores, and I highly recommend Paw Chi Spa! Spotty is a big time shedder and his deshedding treatment has helped her immensely, she also smells fantastic and Nico even gave her a little gift bag for her first time being groomed by him. Great business to support! Also easy to contact and a friendly business! read more

Nico is absolutely amazing! We got recommended by our neighbor to try his services. Our dog does not do well with groomers and honestly has terrible anxiety. But Nico was patient and just amazing. He had a long waitlist but we waited till we could get an appointment with him and boy am I glad we did. This grooming service is absolutely amazing. Nico made time for my pup to get spoiled by his grooming salon. Cafecito was so happy when he came home. Thank you so much Nico for blessing my dog with your talent. If you are looking for a wonderful mobile dog spa. Don't think twice call this groomer. He is amazing! He also surprised Cafecito with a goody bag! So cute and so sweet! Niko came out today to cut Stella's nails. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He brought Stella a gift bag with treats and a toy. I will definitely be calling him next time but I'll make sure I have him give her the full treatment and not just a nail clipping. Thanks Niko read more

Right from the initial contact this business hit the nail on the head. I made an appointment request via Yelp responded in less than 10 min. Response was very personal to me andy pups (important to customer) wasn't generic auto response. Was able to accommodate us [2 puppies] based on our schedule. Keep in touch on his ETA even though I informed him there was no rush and I would be home the rest of evening. Upon arrival he gives you such cute welcome package for pup ( much of which many businesses overlook - show the customer you appreciate their business). Was very excited to service my pups. The outcome was amazing!! Clean and smelled phenomenal. This business has truly deserved us - with this first visit only - a lifetime customer. As a business owner we a normally harder to satisfy but Nico is beyond amazing and I know if he continues this IMPRESSIVE service he's well off to a tremendous business! All accessories, gift bag, flag, everything except bed was given by Nico!!!! I said WOW there's even more treats I couldn't fit in pic read more

Nico was AMAZING!! My dogs just loved him! He brought a goodie bag with toys and treats for the dogs. For $50, each of my 2 dogs got a bath, a "facial", dried, brushed out, nails clipped, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, breath freshened, and had the hair between their pads shaved out! Nico was prompt, polite, and was soooo good with my dogs. We'll definitely be using his service again!! You can trust your fur babies in his hands!! read more

We had a great experience with Paw Chi Spa. Nico was very quick to reply to my inquiry. I was also able to get an appointment for my two dogs. I was very happy with the services for both of my dogs. I highly recommend!!! read more

Best dog grooming experience I've ever had! A little more pricey than a standard grooming. But for the peace of mind knowing Nico uses all organic products & truly provides a Spa experience for my pup, not to mention the convenience of him coming right to your home - It is well worth it! He even came with a goodie bag in hand for her. She came in looking & smelling SO clean, and seemed like she wanted to stay out there with him!! :) I will definitely use Nico again!! read more

Nico regularly grooms our Old English Sheepdog (in full coat) and everything about his business is top notch! He is extremely talented and dedicated when it comes to his work. The fact that he is always quick to respond to texts, on time and very competitively priced are added bonuses for us. Not to mention he is such a kind person. Paw Chi mobile dog spa was an amazing experience from start to finish. We have two black lab mixes, who shed & are a bit older. Nico took his time on both of the dogs & was extremely gentle with them. We included the deshedding and pain relief options in our package and the results were amazing. We'll definitely have Paw Chi back again for our next grooming appointment. read more

My dog never likes getting a bath and gets very nervous but thought I'd give Paw Chi Mobile Dog Spa a try since it sounded like a more personalized service, and the bonus was that I didn't have to drive anywhere.
