They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

They were incredibly professional and super kind to us answering our very basic questions. So patient. I was impressed. My traditional Chinese dad is not easy to please and he really was happy with them! They showed us pictures of the roof and explained what areas were damaged. The evolution of damage was also discussed. They explained to us the next steps to help get the roof fixed including what to do with the insurance company. I appreciated this as I was clueless. Stetson even went above and beyond by cleaning part of our gutters that was causing the roof leak!!! We are so grateful to him for taking the initiative and doing this without being asked. I reached out to Barnes N' Roofs and was promptly contacted, given a quick quote and someone was at my house in less than 48 hours! He quickly fixed my immediate issue and went around the roof shoring up shoddy work from the builder!
