    We can't say enough wonderful things about Ali and his family at Dodi Auto Sales. Over the years, we've purchased over 6 cars from Ali, and each time has been a truly a wonderful experience. What started as a simple business transaction has turned into a genuine friendship -- Ali, Dodi, and Pearl has become very dear friends to both my husband and me. There honesty, kindness, and dedication to there customers is very rare to find these days. We are so grateful for Ali and Dodi's help over the years to bring my collection to the next level. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, everyone at Dodi, for everything you do!

    Growing up I've always been fond of porches, Dodi Auto Sales is the museum of all types of porches and really neat Mercedes. I ended up at the dealership on my afternoon runs. I've always been looking for a project car and Ali at the dealership is helping me source my first Porsche project I would definitely recommend to stop by and checkout the cool collection. I'm trying to take my Kid next. It's the friendliest dealership feels like a walk in a park

    Very cool variety of classic cars. I am local to them and always stop by the shop to see the latest inventory. Also they have a great social media page I follow. Very nice people.

    Cute little car shop in heart of Monterey. Even if you're not in the market it's fun and eccentric place to visit while in Monterey to see antique cars. It is a family owned business with the family all being knowledgeable in cars.

    Friend got a car from them. Great experiences. Nice memorabilia in the lobby. Worth checking out if you're into this line of stuff. Dealer stayed late for the transaction. Nice guys too. 10/10 would recommend.

    Sold my car to them! Toyota offered 9k they gave me 13k. Was very pleased and I was able to put myself more money towards my new car.

However, this last experience with this dealership is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I set an appointment up for an oil change and a tire rotation almost 2 hours later I'm still sitting there, I asked the representative where my car is and let them know that I need to go because I have other things to do normally oil change takes an hour because they do Xpress service which is why I always set up the appointment instead of just showing up but at the end when I get the report back apparently there's a nail in my tire that they didn't bother to tell me that they found as soon as they found it, normally when Chuck is there he lets me know and I'll get a new tire and I'll get it fixed but now I had to leave the shop with a nail in my tire with no idea when this tire is going to pop because they don't have the tire and I can't come back tomorrow Because I'm a nurse and I work the next day so I can't just call in sick. So I had to leave the dealership knowing that my car is not safe to drive, I will never ever ever go back to this dealership or deal with those people ever again. You should never let a customer leave an unsafe conditions and not try to do something upfront, I should've been told upfront if there was a nail in my tire. The worst part of it is that I asked to speak to a manager or somebody in customer service and was just told that the person I asked for doesn't work there anymore but I wasn't given any recourse to talk to anybody else, clearly the person handling me did not want to help and did not want to get the situation resolved. I advise other women if you're looking for a dealership do not take your car here. And if you're really desperate and you need to go ask for Chuck Byers if he's not there then don't go

    Terrible communication. We had to use these guys for service on our Escalade because apparently the…read moreworkers from the Cadillac service dept. quit. There is literally NO communication from the service tech. I have been forced to call for updates and most of the time, I get the receptionist who transfers me to the service department voicemail. That must be a black hole because no one has bothered to call me back. When I called today demanding to speak with someone, I was told the service dept is open until 6pm and I was welcome to stop by. When I suggested that I should be able to speak with someone in the service department particularly since I have been trying to reach someone for nearly a week, she actually told me "not necessarily". Do these people not realize they are actually influencing our decision to ever purchase a GMC product in the future? We own our business and have purchased well over 20 vehicles in the past 10 years. What a short sighted approach. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this place again. I doubt I will ever consider another GMC product if this is the service I can expect. Maybe a personnel turnover would be beneficial. Good luck.

It's conveniently located in Seaside, so I can walk home using the bike trail & the shop offers the option to leave the vehicle at overnight if I can't drop it off in the morning. There's a van for people who need to get to their destination quicker while vehicles are serviced. For almost a decade, my car was serviced here - especially for the big stuff or manufacturer-required repairs. Prices are competitive, service team is A+ and respectful, and process is always transparent. There are NO hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. Just in case you stay & wait, there's a clean spot inside the dealership with plenty of natural lighting, clean bathrooms, comfy seating, & snacks. Wifi is free, too. If you like to walk while you wait, there's alot of hidden gems nearby. The only downside to walking around the different dealers is the lack of sidewalks, so stay vigilant. When the service team could no longer repair my car - fancy dual transmission that died at 160k miles, they had plenty of cars for me to choose from. The addition of the Ford dealership to the company just a few steps away doubled the amount of vehicles I could buy.. and buy I did. Sadly, I couldn't afford a used Subaru; but I found a comparable vehicle that fit my needs & budget. The sales team understood my limitations & emotional journey. I really really really liked my Subaru Legacy. After 3 hours, I gave them my useless Subaru and left with a Toyota. While I didn't want to buy another vehicle, my lifestyle required it. The experience was overwhelming, yet very positive. The best part, they will still service the Toyota!!

    I have been dealing with the Cypress Coast Subaru dealership for many years. I currently own a…read morenewer Subaru Legacy that I unfortunetly don't like. Ever since I have owned this car it had numerous problems with the infotainment consule and the heating and AC system. Constant problems. The service department has been great overall but on one occasion they had my car over one week and had no loaner vehicles available. Luckily I own 2 cars. My most recent visit was very good and I was shown a video of the work that was performed on my car. I really like that. Today on Mother's Day I once again had problems with the car which was related to the keyfob. I couldn't open the doors and I had problems starting the car. Nobody was available in the service department and sales had no answers what to do. Luckily I phoned another Subaru Dealership that told me to replace the battery in the fob. What makes me mad is that dealership just changed the battery less than 2 months ago. I really like the dealership but I wouldn't buy my model car if I had the opportunity to do it over again. I also believe I paid far to much for the car when I bought it but that is nobodys fault by my own. Although I hate my Subaru Legacy I like the dealership and most of their staff. Matt and Sam in the service are amongst the best service people I have ever dealt with.

They worked with us to resolve a complicated issue. Sean in finance has great energy at the end of the day. Danesha, Ariana, Caleb, and others in service were all very helpful and friendly when I had car issues that were unexpected and challenging. The problem was addressed and solved within a couple days.     This is about service…read more I came in a few months ago wanting a noise my car was making to be looked into it - I was given Danny Camacho and he basically doubted me from the start, I did take the car out driving with him and he spent the whole time saying my car is new enough and my worry was invalid - among general talk about him and his history and family. I could not recommend him less. It was the one time I didn't go with my boyfriend and it was a huge regret - never felt so demeaned at such a service place. Definitely felt like it was bias to my gender. Avoid Danny at all costs. I went in again and I was given Kevin, he helped me figure out that it was my brake pads that needed replacement - a very routine normal thing at the mileage my car has. It made no sense to me that any other service person wouldn't think of this or suggest a closer look at what I was noting. Kevin and Brett are the other people I have worked with when I have been serviced (I have been going for 2 years and am local). I have no complaints about them

He knew the car and features inside and out and fully charged it before we came. I bought a BMW 330e from BMW of Monterey, CA in October of 2025. I had such a great experience. This is after nearly buying from Mercedes of Walnut Creek who added costs to the final price. Or BMW of Mountain View, where they tell you must give them a 9 or 10 out of 10 for their ratings, and hound us with sales emails. Conversely, Joseph at BMW of Monterey was very respectful of our time, and never gave us a sales pitch. He did not add any costs to the price. The vibe at BMW of Monterey is one of teamwork and customer first, Sales people don't fight to claim you as their customer once you walk in the door. It was a huge relief to work with Joseph and his dealership. I am very happy I went bought my car at BMW of Monterey.

We saw a car online and called them to ask if…read morethe car was available and ready, we were ready to buy and we didn't even want to negotiate the price, so the whole process should have been done quickly. I also had a pre-approved loan for the total in-hand and ready to go before we walked in. We got trapped in the dealership for a total of 4 hours, they made us sit in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for nothing before any paperwork showed up. Something that should have prepared while we were making our way over. After telling us how much they appreciate the service of our military members, they then let us know that they will not accept checks from Navy Federal Credit Union. We were forced to go with one of their lenders, even though I already had the check in-hand. That would have been nice to know before I already spent an hour in-store! So I had to take an extra hit on my Credit when really I should have just walked out. Luckily my credit score is high enough to take it. We sat for an hour waiting for them to find a loan for us, and we got a lot of rejection letters only because we ALREADY HAD THE DANG CHECK FROM MY BANK so of course new lenders aren't going to want to accept to give a second loan to someone! Whatever, we had already been there for so long, I was not leaving without this car at this point. We then sat there for another 90 minutes while they "finished the paperwork..." but didn't give us any idea of how long that would take so we could have used that time to do something other than sit there and do nothing! (This is hour 3 of trying to entertain our kiddo while we wait by the way). After that 90 minutes we went into some other guy's office and re-hashed all of the information from the past few hours all from scratch. It should have been an email or that other guy should have been present the whole time! He was just walking around the store we saw him several times just strolling! At the end of the transaction when everything finally went through, Walid, the salesman, said we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the car to be detailed. WHY in the last 4 hours was the car was not cleaned?!?!?!? Crazy. After we walked out we discovered that one of the two keys had a dead battery. I asked Walid if he could help get us a new key battery and he said he would "look into it." Fine. I waited a month and then emailed him about it, and he replied over two weeks later saying that he would ask the parts department if they had a key battery for us. It has now been six months and we haven't heard from Walid or BMW at all! All of their claims about caring about their customers are false. They got their money and now they have no interest in continuing to provide service, even after they say they will.
