When he contacted me, he stated that the one awning would require 6hrs of labor to repair, but if I were to replace all the awning material the labor cost would be close to the same, or a little additional if I got all of them done. I was good with that and asked him to send me a written estimate. When I received the estimate, it had an additional 8 hours of labor added for the repair. I called him the next day to question the additional labor and he stated that he was thinking about refusing service since I question the labor cost. I told him that I would come pick-up my RV. I think that he was a little overwhelmed with the repair since this was a high-end coach. He wasted 4 days of my time with nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this repair facility.

Asking us to pay with no invoice or parts before the would give us our un-repaired unit back? Unbelievable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the desk. She was nice. Funny too. The office is neat and has chairs to sit and wait, drinks and candy. Way better than most shops I've been to. I'm so happy I ventured here. It is local and the staff is wonderful. Avoid this shop. B&W Transmission replaced my rear main seal years ago, and I recently found that…read morethe transmission crossmember was installed with the wrongs bolts. They broke the bolts on the transfer case housing adapter on one side and cross threaded the other and did not secure the bolt. They never disclosed the damage they caused to the transfer case housing, and when confronted, they denied everything. Their sloppy work cost me $900 to fix and left my truck unsafe. Very disappointing workmanship and zero accountability.

She said because she has been there for 20 years she already knew. How can you know based off of a phone conversation that lasted less than a minute and without seeing the car? I'm glad I did not spend my money here and would not recommend anybody else does.
