The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.

After several messages , The first excuse is that we send you a payment request and not an invoice via PayPal and that was suspect of fraud?..seriously?... we have helped you in the past with parts with payments via PayPal. But then we provided with the office invoice as well as the Paypal invoice, and still silence on your part, we know now that by then you had already decided to screw us but you didn't have the balls or the professionalism to let us know immediately. Then after we called , the next excuse was that somebody was offering you six months warranty?, you could have asked us for the same warranty, but in reality, I don't think who you bought the laser from is going to be true to the warranty because it's very difficult to warranty a laser unit and not knowing the rest of the physical state of your old QSS32 furthermore the laser will most likely still come from us, I will be paying very close attention, they probably offer you six more warranty just to make the sale. I'm pretty sure of that. We were also considering purchasing the boards for your E6 machine, but at this point that is not gonna happen FYI , We are now one of the very few companies in the country that deal with old equipment , printers, scanners, film, processors, and everything related to photo finishing and actually have inventory in our warehouse and pretty soon will be the only one as two of the other companies are closing. Recently a friend recommended Western Reserve Designer Fabrics to reupholster my current furniture in the fabric I loved so much. They did a great job, and having this fabric in my house is a dream come true. It takes about 8 weeks to get on their schedule, then another week or two for the work to be completed. It is pricey, but you get exactly what you wanted.
