He took time to explain the entire procedure & always made sure I understood everything. The staff was truly amazing, the girls at the front desk were always ready and eager to help. Always with warm and welcoming smiles. The first day I spoke to him I felt comfortable & at peace with the decision I was making, I had a lot of questions still and he made sure to answer each and calm my nerves. After seeing the reviews I was a bit skeptical. I contacted them for a consultation. My first attempt I did not reach them. I left a message. I didn't hear back after two days so I decided to try again and was connected with someone to schedule me for a consultation. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m and arrived on time. The office was very comfortable and there was only one person waiting before me when I arrived. I filled out a 4-6 page form which took about ten minutes as the questions are very detailed. I returned the paperwork and was called back at 9:45....not to bad. The nurse, Monique that walked me back, confirmed data on the forms I completed was very nice and friendly. I was left in the room as she went for the doctor. He came in around 10:15, the office temperature was warm and I found myself perspiring. He introduced himself and apologized immediately for the wait which was nice. He was super friendly, also went over my paperwork and confirmed my responses. He completed the consultation, was very thorough and honest. This review is based upon the customer service and the office since I have not secured any services from them. Again staff was very nice and polite. The office was bright and clean. Parking is street parking and unfortunately I drove so I was worried based upon the prior reviews that I read that I would be have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before being seen. I made my appointment first thing in the morning to help bypass this issue. This could possibly be why everything went smoothly for me. I paid for 2.5 hours of meter time and was back to my SUV by 11:00. I will update this review once I proceed with services which won't be for a few months. read more

BEWARE- MY BODY IS RUINED AND THEY REFUSED REVISION I had surgery with these dummies, I went back for many follow up appointments because one was huge and one was tiny- they said they dont know why that happened- i went to get an mri (paid myself)- they were still baffled; (I believe that they put in wrong size implants). ONE IS AT LEAST A C-CUP AND THE OTHER IS A B-CUP. They conclusion they ended up going with "they must have been lopsided before". I showed them photos proving that they were even before. (Additionally, as a surgery center, even if this were the case- why did you not fix that?) I asked about revision surgery and they said the surgeon was no longer working with them and refused to put me with another surgeon. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO REVISION SURGERY WITH SOMEONE THAT MESSED ME UP IN THE FIRST PLACE? Now I am stuck with lopsided breasts and now must get revision surgery and pay all over again. This place is horrible. I wish I could give negative stars. I went in for 360 lipo but was pushed in to a tummy tuck instead as that was supposed to get rid of loose skin from lipo and remove more fat. I was assured my belly button would look great and my stomach would be flat and my sides in to part of my back would receive lipo. The areas that I was told would be getting lipo, were not fully done at all and I was given excuses, I was left with extra sagging skin flapping on my sides from day one, my belly button looks deformed and my stomach looks absolutely horrible. I have to pay significantly more at another place to have this damage corrected. They lie to take your money and pretend recovery is not as bad. I've been in pain and discomfort for over 9 months. I've consulted with other doctors in other clinics who have commented this place is "low cost and low service." When requesting my medical records, they were sent incomplete (they don't note down all the complaints you have from day 1 and then pretend the issues you have with the surgery are due to anything else or recent complaints). My medical records were also sent with incorrect information/errors. The manager Yelena is not responsive at all. I was told my file would be sent to the board for review and would take a few days and followed up for weeks to receive no response. My "muscle repair" in this tummy tuck was more like muscle damage. I have no kids, just wanted to remove some fat for a bit more shape/curves and I look ridiculous. My stomach pulls outwards and then separates to each side in a strange way. I had a small frame and my stomach has somehow been widened. I want to warn people not to use this facility or Dr. Delmauro. The clinic is highly disorganized and even during my first consultations, my paperwork was lost and I had to resubmit them. I was given one quote and when it came time to pay and I was booking the date they had "forgotten" to add something in and charged me an extra 600 last minute. My stomach looks like there is an alien trying to rip out of it. I highly regret using this facility and want to warn people not to book their procedures here. I've been given the most ridiculous excuses and they pretend this looks good and doctor will tell me I'm looking hot when I'm looking deformed. You can literally see the absurd look. I've also gained a ton of stretch marks that were quite painful as my skin rips and stretched out further when my stomach pulls outwards on the sides (and I've lost some weight so the new stretchmarks are due to this muscle damage that I was left with). read more

I was definitely skeptical and unsure of DPS prior to my surgery because of how reasonably priced it was & because of all the deals they offer, but I am SOOO happy with my breast augmentation results! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Domantovsky in December and am sooo happy with how they look and how they have healed! She was very realistic and understanding of what I wanted. Literally sitting in the waiting room while I write this for my 1 month post op appt. I am EXTREMELY upset with my experience with this office. My surgeon who isn't here full time and has is own practice in Baltimore (Dr. Cohen) is amazing and did such a wonderful job. HOWEVER. This office has NO regard for their patients comfort, time, or anything else for that matter. My surgery was at 4pm a month ago. I was told to show up at 3. When I did, I waited and waited. Mind you I couldn't eat or drink ANYTHING since midnight the evening before. I waited so long to the point of tears. Hungry. Extremely thirsty. Waiting alone in a waiting room from 4:30-6:40pm WITHOUT my spouse because they wouldn't let him come back with me. I was checked on once after I was given fluids to get me hydrated before the surgeon came to talk with me before surgery. My surgery didn't begin until about 7pm. I began to question my choice altogether and wanted to leave but they told me that I'd have to pay a fee to reschedule if I did that. A week later I came in for my second post op and I waited an hour. Today I am here for my one month and the doctor I am seeing (not my surgeon) isn't even here yet. It's 9:40 and my appt was at 9am. I'm exhausted of my experience EVERY TIME here being such a horrible waste of my time essentially. Additionally Attitudes have been thrown my way when i give a complaint or ask for rescheduling...this is NOT how you treat a patient or customer. For the thousands of dollars that go into a surgery, and also for it being a nerve racking decision in the first place, I'm so disappointed. My surgery was initially scheduled for 11/30. Due to unforeseen circumstances it was rescheduled to 12/8. Excited, nervous and ready. I had all of my pre-surgery clearance including my COVID test. Family rescheduled their jobs to accommodate. I received a call from them 15 hours before my surgery to say they wouldn't be able to move forward because my BMI was too high which was confusing as I had my pre-op at their office and was cleared. They admitted it was oversight and negligence on behalf of their staff. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with how things were handled. If no one was able to see I needed to lose 5lbs how could I trust the process and ensure my safety. I will be looking for a more reputable Dr to handle this read more

I had a consult appointment scheduled for 10am. At 1030 I asked how much longer till I'd be seen and I was told there's others ahead of me. But wasn't given a timeframe at all. After watching 2 people get called back in 45mins, it was clear they only take one consult at a time. The other women had mentioned they had been there since 930. At 1045am, I still had not been called back, so I left. Of course then, they call and text a few minutes later saying they were ready for me. Such a joke. Disappointed because I was looking forward to meet the doctor but clearly the staff has no respect about anyone's time. My experience with DPS was great from beginning to the end, the coordinators are very helpful. I met with two surgeons, originally i was scheduled to have my breast aug with Dr. Tornambe but unfortunately was unable to as he was no longer performing surges at DPS due to opening a new office. I then had a consultation with Dr Bruck, i was skeptical because I had grown to like Tornambe and already approved the recommendations from him. Dr Bruck recommended the same, but with a little more on the right since I needed a lift, he proposed something that would also align the breast after the lift, which Tornambe actually never mentioned. Everything happens for a reason. None the less, these revisions would cost me about $1500 more but it was worth it, I paid the balance and went on with my new surgery date. i was the first surgery of the day which i loved. I took my pain meds the first two days along with the antibiotics, never used the muscles relaxers nor the pills for nausea. AMAZING. The pain really was minimal, after the 2nd day, I was off my pain meds and started moving around per usual a little, nothing too crazy. i was unable to make the one week post op appt to have the tape removed and stitches removed, but would make it there 3 days after the original appointment. Surgery date was Sept 13th. i am happy with my new 32C breast from a 32A, Dr Bruck was very knowledgeable and all the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend DPS to anyone. read more

Did my surgery on Friday at 11:45 January 19th 2018. Doctor Michael Cohen was my surgeon. He did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I got high profile 350ccs. Have been trying to do this surgery since last year but I couldn't because of certain situations that popped up. I had given my down payment and everything. They actually held it until I came back and didn't charge me anything extra or told me anything because I had came a year later. They were always very courteous and attentive. From the inital consultation until my pre-op and they day of surgery. I had 2 pre op appointments because how I said I was supposed to get the surgery last year, went to the pre-op and even but had to cancel. I am healing very quickly and nicely. On my 2nd day I was already feeling better and by Sunday I was ablw to move around more and even cook a little something! Had to do this review because they are close, not expensive and legit. Don't think twice. I did after some reviews etc but I went to see for myself. So far i am very happy! Worth it! DR Cohen is amazing! read more

I just got a breast augmentation yesterday with Dr. Robert Tornambe! The fact I'm only one day post op and writing a review should speak volumes (let alone the fact I don't even write reviews ever.) My experience was absolutely amazing and a large part of this was because of my nurse, Jessica. She was very accommodating and was there when I needed her. I got the sense she enjoys her job, takes pride in it, and that shows. She always made sure I was comfortable and helped me get dressed even when I was a wreck under anesthesia. I'd surely recommend her. I haven't really had a chance to see the full results just yet but just from the first view, I can tell my boobs are going to drop oh so nicely. I received silicone, under the muscle, 375cc each, with under the boob incision. The only part of my experience that could have been a little improved was the communication to me for my surgery time and ensuring ALL of my pain meds were sent to the pharmacy the first time. (They weren't but I actually wasn't in enough pain to need them over this last 24 hours) Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Jessica and Dr. Tornambe anyday! read more

I have wanted BREAST implants since I was 16 years of age but never had the courage or money.. However, I just recent became a mom and my breast changed significantly motivating me to get them done (I am not 29). I can say that I am very satisfied and how they feel along with how they look. Where do I even start because this place is horrible. Doctors Plastic Surgery was the worst experience ever. I will try and make this review short and brief. I made an appointment and when I got there the doctor was still in surgery and they had to reschedule. Ok things happen right so I said ok no problem but I wish you guys would have at least notified me because my commute is almost 2 hrs away. So, when I had my next appointment I made sure to call before I left my house and when I was half way there they called me saying the doctor is still in surgery again. I asked if I could see another doctor and they said unfortunately they doctor who is performing the surgery is who has to see you. Let down again. Why would I even go back after all this those signs but the price was in my budget and that's why I went back. The next time I finally seen the doctor and he was honest and nice. I was suppose to have surgery and ended up not having the surgery because I found out I was pregnant. I didn't plan this pregnancy and it sucked because I had already put my money down and brought all my supplies. I'm not rich and I work hard like any other working person. So, when I asked for my money back they made it seem like they were going to give it back. But I literally had to get my bank involved to get my money back. They kept telling me that the person who does the refund is not in the office. All this stress for weeks trying to get my money back was taking a hold on me and my baby. I started bleeding and almost lost my baby. All is good now thanks to my bank and the investigation. My bank got me my money back! After all it's my money and I worked hard for it. I'm not saying they do a bad job with plastic surgery. All I'm saying is I couldn't get my surgery done and the process to get my money back is the worst I ever experienced. read more

Very disappointed. Spent so much money only to get a botched job from dr Blaine. Specifically told her on more than one occasion my areas of concern asking her IF these areas would be a problem to address and she assured me they absolutely would not be a problem. Although her answers seemed rushed at times when I asked about these areas I foolishly did not take the warning signs and continued to work with her. Fast forward to the day of surgery she was very polite that's not an issue at all...I made sure to remind her of my areas of concerns and once again she kind of quickly blew them off while reassuring me she will address them in which she totally did not!at my first post op appointment I asked her about these areas which still looked terrible and in usual dr Blaine fashion she blew it off and claimed it was just swelling and will eventually even out and improve dramatically. This being only my first surgical experience believe her.I was told that I wouldn't see the final results until 6months as all the swelling would have gone down.fast forward to 6mths post op I went in to the office to complain yet again and inquired about her fixing what she had botched only to be told that IF she see fit,I would have to pay almost another 2grand to look somewhat normal again smog. What a mess. One year later I still look a mess her work is very sloppy uneven work and it looks like the left side is her best side as I have a friend who referred me to dr FrankensteinBlaine who she botched as well only to make her left breast look decent.the right breast is just another story AND it is smaller. She did not pull the skin on my belly tight enough nor did I get a defined look like other tummy tucks I have seen. Now my pouch is just a smaller pouch. Looks terrible. At first I was afraid since their prices are the most affordable in NYC. I thought why are they so cheap compared to other surgeons...and their Ads are in most nyc trains(I had to discretely take down their number without anyone noticing because come on,that's just awkward) I decided to book an appointment and do my research on the surgeon that was given to me and decided to give it a chance because their before and afters were just as good as other surgeons charging ALOT more. And I'm in LOVE with my results! I'm glad I took a chance. Remember ppl you are in NYC it's not like you're traveling to some weird country and taking a risk. My surgeon listened to what I wanted, and paid attention to every detail and that's what I got! Soooo happy with my new boobies. I scheduled an initial consultation and was given an appointment time of 12:30pm. I arrived on time. I left the office more than an hour later without even having seen or spoken to a doctor. I had informed three staff members that I was pressed for time. I don't know if this is standard practice for a simple consultation, but it was a big inconvenience for me. read more

this review is only based on the way the girl in the front desk treated me. my appt was scheduled for 1pm and I got a call that day in the am that it would have to be pushed back to 230 because the doctor was in surgery , I was little bummed because I planned my day surrounding this apt, and the 1hr and a half difference left me a little scattered with my other plans so I kept the appt because im very excited to be getting this procedure. I arrived to my appt about 15 mins past my appt time and that was due to finding parking and getting to the location with my gps and finding the office within the building. once inside the girl behind the desk doesn't greet me all instead says to me "your going to have to wait since your late." I thought to myself wow, Ive never had to hear that as a customer or a patient before. so I explained to her that my appt was made for 1pm and the office rescheduled me. she didn't say anything and handed me papers to sign. if it weren't for the fact that I heard good things about the doctors in this place , the way that girl treated me alone would've been enough for me to walk out. read more
