Thus, I went to see Dr. Rowe. I he performed a Tummy tuck to my abdomen that honestly look like an alien. After surgery I looked like I was a sports illustrated model. It's been post 7mths and I feel phenomenal and I look FABULOUS! If you are considering any type of plastic surgery? Check in with Dr. Rowe's office first. Rowe Plastic Surgery required me to pay $350 up front for an appointment on August 19, 2025. At no time was I told about any cancellation or no-show fee. When I could not attend and asked to reschedule, they suddenly claimed a "no-show policy," kept my $350, and demanded another $350 to rebook -- a total of $700. No written policy was ever shown or provided. Even worse, the person who contacted me, a so-called "coordinator" named Lily S, refused to give her full name. If the business were honest and professional, their staff should have no problem identifying themselves. Hiding names and refusing transparency makes the whole practice look dishonest and untrustworthy. This was my first time dealing with them, and I feel completely misled and exploited. Very unprofessional behavior -- I strongly warn others to avoid this clinic. read more

i saw dr rowe in his palm beach office and was charged $20,000 for botox and filler. they "got" me because i already had the numbing cream on and was completely taken aback. i do ask it there was an extra zero on the bill and was informed that because, he himself did it, he charges more. i have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. there was no follow up appt and there were no follow up calls. and i bruised prettt badly. please let me know that this is not standard pricing procedure in palm beach. he will price himself right out of town with costs like these. we might be an affluent community but that does not excuse someone taking advantage read more

1 star is way too generous for the hell that I have been through since I have met the worst surgeon in NY. This was the Worst experience of my life!!! I am writing this in hopes to help at least 1 lady. After I had kids, I decided to do a reduction and lift plus implants, paid $15000. From day one it looked awful! Lump sided, way too big for what we agreed, and black and red all around....I kept voicing my concerns, but just been told, it will heal, in about 6 months I got into emergency room with sepsis of the right breast, fever of 105, on antibiotics for 3 weeks.....breasts never healed, looked awful had holes, through skin and the color stayed black and red.....still doctor had no time for me or my concerns...a little after that, my right implant completely popped inside and started leaking into my chest cavity, of course I had to go to emergency and had implants taken out right away Again, not an ounce of concern from the doctor....accept saying that it will cost me another $15000 to fix After writing my first bad review Feb, 2020, the office kept calling and leaving messages that they will fix everything for free.....we finally scheduled procedure for April 15, 2020, it kept being canceled due to Covid, now a week before my actual surgery, that should have been on December 15th, 2020, after I got a nanny, found a person to work instead of me at my job for a month, went through all the clearances, mammograms, different doctors, etc.....the office calls me and tells me that since there are no implants, they can not do the procedure, since now it is only cosmetic and my insurance won't pay. (NOTHING WAS MENTIONED IN AN EMAIL) about my insurance, all it said that they will do it for free. And 1 week before the surgery, ,call me, no explanation, no email, not a care in the world about anything, and just cancel. I mean wow. Ladies, please unless you have unlimited amount of money and don't mind redoing it, LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!! Save the pain, the time, your nerves!!!! Most of his reviews are left by friends and friends of friends.....if this review can help 1 person to avoid the worst experience of their lives, I am happy!!!!!!! read more

10/10 recommend Dr. Rowe and his staff for breast reduction. His work is amazing and his office is well organized. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family or return for another procedure myself. read more

I just left my consultation and I am so impressed by Dr Rowe. He was HONEST and knowledgeable and spent a ton of time with my explaining to me the procedure I wanted to have done. I am so impressed with him and would definitely trust him to do work for me in the future. I so appreciated his honesty. In addition, the office is beautiful and everyone that works there is super nice and hospitable. Thank you!! read more

When you finally make the decision to get a surgical procedure done, you want to make sure that the doctor along with his staff are the best choice for you, and also take the time to make you feel comfortable with making such a big decision in your life.  I was very lucky to discover Dr. Rowe when I finally made the decision to have a breast reduction done after years of  suffering with neck, back, and shoulder pain. My experience with Dr. Rowe and his entire staff  exceeded and went beyond all expectations that I had in choosing a surgeon. And his office ultimately made the decision to get my breast reduction an easy one.  From my initial consultation and communication through every single step of the way leading up to my surgery, Dr. Rowe and his team were patient, kind, explained and answered any questions that I had, and worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my procedure covered as much as they could. I never felt like anyone at the office was pushy, dismissive, or had a snobby attitude that you would come to expect from a plastic surgery office on Park Avenue. Instead the doctor and his team got to know me as a person, asked questions to understand what I wanted from my breast reduction procedure, and made me feel very comfortable and confident that they would be able to deliver the results I had always dreamed of.  Simone and Lisa, who work in the patient coordinator team, where fantastic in every interaction I had with them. These ladies always greeted me with a warm, genuine smile whenever I visited the office, seamlessly scheduled appointments both pre and post surgery, and as I mentioned earlier, worked with my insurance company even though they were being difficult to represent me and get my surgery covered as much as they could. Dr. Rowe and his partner surgeon Dr. Pierce are masters when it comes to the breast reduction surgery procedure. I cannot begin to tell you how in love I am with their work,  and the only regret that I have is taking this long to have had the procedure done. Even when I had a small complication the day after surgery (my body formed a hematoma), Dr. Rowe and Dr. Pierce quickly remedied the situation and again made me feel comfortable in fully trusting them. The nurses that work with Dr. Rowe, Mallory, Elizabeth, and Riza are also a joy to work with. These ladies are there for you post-surgery to ensure you and healing properly and ultimately getting the results you want. I've prinarily been seeing Mallory now for over a month, and the post op care she provides is 2nd to none.  There is also always someone available on call in the office 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns that you might have after your surgery is completed. I've literally called the doctors office at midnight to ask a question and one of the nurses will call me back within 10 to 20 minutes to speak directly with me and answer the question that I have.  I know that making the decision to have surgery done is a very, very big choice to make.  And I truly would not have finally made the decision had I not found the perfect surgeon for me. I am very lucky that I discovered Dr. Rowe and his team! read more

1 year post op of anchor incision breast reduction- so happy with the results. I went from an E to a DD (doesn't sound like a lot, but it def was) and it was so worth it. This office was spectacular- super friendly and accommodating for everything (especially insurance-because we all know that is a big part of it). I would recommend getting a breast reduction for anyone who has ever thought about it AND go with Dr. Rowe. You don't see him again after the surgery, but's it's ok because the women in that office make up for it. Shout out to Elizabeth, the PA and Simone for always making me feel welcomed and cared for each post-visit! read more

Everyone at Dr. Rowe's office is as sweet as can be! Each time that I have come in contact with the staff I had a pleasureable experience. Dr. Rowe is kind, and easy to talk to. There was not a time that I felt ashamed or uncomfortable during the process. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is because there were some scheduling issues at the surgical center that delayed my surgery TREMENDOUSLY. However, Dr. Rowe and his team did a fantastic job and my boobs look AMAZING! I would do it again if I had to! Thanks again guys! read more

I do NOT recommend Dr. Rowe for cosmetic surgery. He destroyed my body with liposuction for over a year, after the procedure that he will fix it but never did. A the end after making me coming to visit over and over and over he refuse to fix the damages. One thigh is bigger than the other and he made this horrible 6 packs ABS...that looks even worst!! Also they try to get more money for the OPERATING ROOM FEES..it's ridiculous... His wife who works with him is a" total case"..(to say the lease). Please, please beware! It takes good eyes and amazing artistic hands and talent to be a great plastic surgeon. He is not one of them! read more

I had a breast reduction surgery a few years ago and I was completely unsatisfied with my results. I was left botched and was depressed over the outcome. Thanks for ruining my life! read more

Dr. Rowe and the entire team is amazing!! I am so grateful to have such an experienced surgeon. I went for a reduction and was found to have cancer. They immediately sprung into action with all the information I needed and became my cheer squad to make it through this difficult time. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive family, cause that's what they are now. If you need advice on anything cosmetic, I highly recommend going to see Rowe Plastic Surgery and getting a consultation. read more

Do not go to this place. They have a nasty staff. I called two weeks ago & my friend last week. We both got the same german woman who was uninformed, impatient & very rude. She hung up the phone on both of us. If you want a great doctor plus a lovely staff go to Dr. Jeffrey Finchman. It was an absolutely pleasant and wonderful experience. #iwishicouldgiveahalfstar read more

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rowe! I had always been curious about lip injections though I had heard things like-- "they only last a few months and it's suuuuper painful". Dr. Rowe was so patient and kind to explain the different types of fillers, what they do, how long they last and the procedure itself. Then he thoughtfully evaluated my face, stating that he didn't want to change the shape of my lips since they are a great shape already but that he would like to add some volume so that when I smiled, less of my top lip disappeared. After topical numbing and a few pricks, it was done! Nothing was painful and aside from some normal swelling I was thrilled! A few days later after the fillers had settled, I feel like the best version of myself! The women working at the front desk are so sweet and helpful (not to mention gorgeous-- like I've never seen human skin look so perfect). I recommend Dr. Rowe to anyone looking to enhance their look even if they don't know what that entails. Trust you are in the hands of an expert! read more

Dr. Pierce was willing to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. The team at the office are willing to help you in anyway needed. If you are looking into getting a breast reduction I would recommend Dr.peirce for the procedure. He did an awesome job,the scaring is very minimal and my breast look great! read more

I totally agree with the below review. I had a similar situation - I purchased a certificate online for 1 area of botox. I have been doing botox for 10 years now, so I am not new to this and know exactly how my body reacts to it. The results have always been great. Not with Dr. Rowe, however. First off, I was told that not him but his assistant will do the procedure. This is unprecedent - I declined to be served by assistant right away. After my insistence, the doctor did the procedure himself. The results were very poor (so I am not sure if I really had to bother to demand that he does the procedure himself, haha) - my forehead was still moving quite a bit (2 weeks after the procedure), even after I came for a second visit to fix it. This has never been the case before, my skin is very responsive to botox. In fact, I do botox just once a year, maybe once every 8 month, because it holds so well. I am pretty sure, the doctor is mixing botox with something else. I read online accounts that it is possible and is done by poor clinics to reduce the costs of materials. Or maybe he injects less than 20 units. I think it is the former though, as even after the second time I came there was NO improvement whatsoever - I could still frown and move my forehead no problem. What a crook! read more

Went here for lip injections twice. Candice did them the first time and was amazing. She was patient and spent time understanding what my goals were / offering her advice as to what she felt was best for my natural lips & face. Would HIGHLY recommend Candice to anyone considering this and absolutely loved my results. On the other hand, my second appointment wasn't as great as the first. Melissa seemed busy and annoyed with every question / concern I had. I'm not going to elaborate much, as maybe it was just a bad personal experience with her.. however, for future appointments, I will be sure to only schedule with Candice. All in all, I still loved going to this office. It was clean, easy to schedule an appointment, and the results were great. read more

I had my BBL done with the impeccable Dr. Norman Rowe and Dr. Charles Pierce in Sept 2018. After losing over 81lbs through the bariatric sleeve surgery, I felt like I wanted to reward myself by getting the body I always wanted. I had no fear walking into Dr Rowe & Dr Pierce's practice because they came highly recommended by the incomparable Dr. Daniel Rosen who performed my bariatric sleeve. As you walk into the office you are welcome by the very fashion forward and simply adorable Simone. I swear she responds to my emails before I even click send. Next to Simone sits the ever professional and courteous Lisa who has the prettiest teeth and smile I have ever seen. She greets you with a smile and is always ready to take care of all your needs. Both ladies make you feel welcomed and are so efficient at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and will take care of any clerical concerns you may have. This was not my first surgery with Dr. Rowe and Dr. Pierce as they both did my tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift last year. I don't want to make this review about my breast and stomach surgery but never did I think I would have the perky youthful looking breast and the flat stomach both Surgeons gave me. I am beyond happy and beyond pleased. When I decided it was time to have my BBL done I did not think twice about going to Rowe Plastic Surgery again. Added to the mix is what I can only describe as 'an angel on earth,' is the Physician Assistant Elizabeth. I still have a hard time believing she's older than 16 years old due to her youthful, cheerful appearance but she was ever so patient with me, answered all my questions and still managed to show up to assist in the operating room during my surgery even though she was scheduled to be somewhere else that day. I am so happy that PA Elizabeth has joined the team at Rowe Plastic Surgeon as she is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has the ability to put you at ease throughout the process. My mind goes back to my consultation with Dr. Rowe. His main concern is always giving the patient exactly what they want. Dr Rowe is Board Certified and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He focuses on giving you the most natural look and is very honest in his professional opinions. He does not only say what you want to hear but advises you based on what he thinks is best for you and your body. I wake up during the night to turn on my lights just to look at my new body. I giggle like a school girl at the sight of it only two months in. My butt is now well contoured, heart shaped, lifted and full. The healing process was made easy by the meticulous care I received post-op. Of course I showed Dr. Rowe my 'wish pics' of the butt I wanted and both Dr. Rowe and Dr. Pierce speared no effort to give me the exact look I desired. Dr. Pierce was also instrumental in my after care and has such a presence. Added to the fact that he's as handsome as a Hollywood actor (just saying,) he has the greatest bedside manner and puts his patients safety and care first and foremost. The day of the surgery, Dr. Rowe walked in to meet with me before heading into the operating room. He drew/made markings on my body like an artist working on his masterpiece, such precision and focused. He quickly whisked away any fears I may have had and is such a loving, warm, personable Plastic Surgeon. I feel privileged that I was fortunate enough to have my plastic surgery done by such a well-known, highly qualified, Upper East Side Plastic Surgeon. Rowe Plastic Surgery is your 'one stop shop' for all your face, breast, body and skin treatment needs. Before I end, I would like to make special mention of the amazing Michele who is the Practice Manager of Rowe Plastic Surgery. Oh where do I start; it all begins and ends with Michele. None of this would have been possible without her. She coordinates your surgery, from the dates, location and financing. She's like my own personal magician because she erases every possible obstacle you may encounter. There are not enough words to describe how conscientious, efficient, caring and diligent Michele is. This is not just a job for her, she enjoys what she does and it shows. If I could get her to manage/coordinate the other aspects of my life I would be so happy and stress free. Thank you Michele, thank you Simone, thank you Lisa. You ladies should be celebrated every day for the wonderful work you do in running the well-oiled machine that is Rowe Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rowe, Dr. Pierce and PA Elizabeth, I trusted you three with my life and I have no regrets. My confidence is through the roof, I get emotional thinking about where I came from versus where I am now. All my problem areas have been totally transformed. I love my new body and my only regret is that I didn't meet you guys sooner. My sincere thanks for the life changing miracles you perform every day. All the best and much success! read more

I almost cancelled my appt with Dr. Rowe after reading these reviews, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm a first time botoxer and was extremely nervous, but the results have been great. I saw Marilyn, a Physicians Assistant, and she had a great bedside manner and encouraged me to set up a follow up appt with her if I wasn't happy with the results. Im very pleased with the results, which are natural and not frozen. I would have given four stars, but the office space put me a little on edge since it didn't feel like a doctors office, more like a temporary space. Might not bother everyone, but for someone who's nervous to begin with it was a little stress inducing. read more

Much to my dismay I found this place to be rather unprofessional. My girlfriend highly recommended Dr. Rowe to me and when I went to the office to inquire about what I wanted done, I was greeted by a rude front desk. There was a large woman working and she seemed indecisive with her answers & as if she was in a hurry or annoyed. She was not receptive at all. I left and called a few days later hoping I would be able to speak to the doctor. I was hung up on numerous times and then put on an endless hold. No one picked up. That being said, I did not use this office. My girlfriend was appalled when I told her what happened to me. I was very upset because I only wanted to be treated with respect and care like everyone else. I wish my experience had been different. Sarah G. read more

Dr. Rowe and his entire team are the warmest and most professional practice I have yet to visit. After going for consultations at other places, I made my decision that Dr. Rowe was the best for me based on his honesty, his informative advice, his bedside manner and his friendly demeanor. He was patient and took time answering my questions and concerns. I felt so comfortable and stress free speaking with him and his staff. And his office is beautiful! Dr Rowe was recommended to me by a family friend after I had my nose broken by taking an upper cut to the nose while playing basketball at NY Sports Club. My nose was broken and my septum was severely deviated. I had to fix it immediately. Dr Rowes staff was very accommodating and made me an appointment asap! So I came into the beautiful office And was greeted by the beautiful receptionists. I met with Dr Rowe and must say that he is amazing. He talked me through the procedure and explained everything to me. I scheduled the procedure there after and a few days later we did the surgery. Dr Rowes bedside manners are great. He came to visit me after the surgery to make sure I was good. He made the experience very enjoyable. I am very happy with the results of the surgery. I came to this office on March 5th for lip injections, after only about two months they were completely gone. I came back in as I have had them several times and had never had this happen before but they tried to convince me my body just metabolized the product quickly even though that had never happened before?? They had photos and agreed with me that there were no visible injections left but still were not willing to fix their mistake and wanted me to pay for a whole new syringe ($850) to which I asked if they completely disappear again how do I know you'll fix the mistake if you're not doing it this time?! Eventually they convinced me to get them by telling me I needed two syringes and I could get one for free so I went ahead and did as they recommended and I look terrible. I have called several times but they are extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. They don't care about their patients or correcting their mistakes at all. I'm in pain, extremely swollen, and I look too ridiculous to leave the house. They aren't willing to give any advice on how to decrease swelling either, they won't have the doctor call me, and they are snarky and unhelpful on the phone. DONT GO HERE TRUST ME!! If they can't handle a simple procedure like this I can't imagine having a major procedure done here. Worst customer care ever, terrible way to run a business. I can't say enough bad things honestly. The customer is always right policy certainly does not apply here. They treat me like I'm stupid and wrong when in fact they just don't care about their customer read more

I visited Dr. Rowe because I had broken my nose playing basketball. He told me I had a deviated septum which was making it difficult for me to breathe. During the visit we discussed that correcting my nose would allow me to breathe better as well as having a nose I would like because I hated my bump. Dr Rowe is so friendly and warm and his office is clean, beautiful and smells great. I am so happy with the results and I am finally breathing much better and not experiencing those awful headaches. Thank you to Dr. Rowe. I speak highly of Dr Rowe and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to fix their nose. read more

So I guess I'm revealing all my deep dark secrets in the name of helping the general public but here goes. I bought 2 vouchers on Gilt, 1 for Botox/Dysport and the other for Juvederm. I was able to make an appointment within a few days of the purchase. Everyone in the office was very friendly, no Park Ave attitude here. I've been doing Botox for years, again TMI for all my friends who think I look so youthful, but I've never tried Dysport. I've been reading up on it and it seems that there are a few advantages over Botox so I figured why not. Dr. Rowe was very informative and we made the decision to try it. I've had Juvederm before but had moved on to Radiesse, hey, what can I say, time marches on. Wall Street ain't what it used to be so when I can find a deal, I'm all over it. I was SO pleased with the results of my Juvederm! I would definitely continue to see Dr. Rowe if I win the lottery or I snag another deal. GREAT EXPERIENCE! read more

After years of discomfort, I decided it was time for a breast reduction. A mutual friend of mine had hers done by Dr. Rowe and highly recommended him, so I had my surgery last week. To be honest, I didn't research any other doctors or shop around because I thought there would be no better measure of trust than patient referral. I had my consultation early this month and was able to schedule my surgery for exactly one week after. I was very nervous at first, never having had surgery, but was definitely more relaxed after speaking with Dr. Rowe. I think what was most reassuring was how casually he spoke about the procedure. I know that sounds unusual, but it was clear to me that he had seen and done this a million times before, and that's all I could really ask for. He was thorough in explaining the procedure, informed me of the benefits of the techniques he uses, and answered any questions I had. After speaking with him, I had the chance to speak with the women who work in his office, all who helped see me through. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in for my consultation, to the check-ups i'm having now. Everyone seems to be very genuine, extremely helpful and reassuring. When I tell you I had this entire process turned around in a week's time-- I mean everything was taken care of. From approval from my insurance (all taken care of by Mia and the staff), to having my prescriptions sent in, to coordination with the surgical center. It was all taken care of in the very short time frame that I needed. I liked that I could text with Mia back and forth to have things taken care of and have my questions answered quickly. I barely lifted a finger. It still amazes me how quickly this process has been, from my spontaneous decision to go for a consultation to the results I have now. It should also be mentioned that out of office care was wonderful also. I had my operation at the Gramercy Surgical Center where I was treated by an amazing staff. After having had surgery with great results so far, I am happy to recommend Dr. Rowe. read more

After several years of unhappiness and a long debate on whether or not I should get a consultation for a breast reduction, I finally decided to start looking around. I searched for places nearby my home, but no office reached out to me and helped me like Dr. Rowe's. It was a Sunday night, and Mia contacted me right away about getting me in for a consult and helped me with ensuring my insurance would help to cover. I traveled 1.5 hours for a consult and immediately felt at ease and knew that Dr. Rowe was the right decision. I had my reduction surgery in October, I am about 3-4 months post-op and I could not feel any better. Although still minor healing involved I am able to feel comfortable in my own skin and no longer have back issues. Dr. Rowe and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs and I am very grateful that I found them. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowe for anyone who is on the fence about breast reduction, he will make you feel at ease and be very honest with you, and also does a wonderful job! read more

I decided to try this doctor to get botox thru on-line coupon. I have never met this doctor. It's fancy Park Ave site, and you do pay the price. The Botox and Dysport is $600. And for that, you never see the doctor. It's done by someone else, and it's slight. I had it done by my dermatologist downtown and he was reasonable, did the injections himself and depending on your aesthetics, he inserted more if necessary for the same price. Dr Rowe's office? Not. You want to over-pay and get under served? This is it. Unimpressed and snotty. read more

The office staff & front desk receptionist is horrid. I showed up after confirming via text. And she gave me an attitude. And said I never confirmed. And that they called me. (Which they never did) Then I had scheduled a few appt.s together. They had to call me back to reschedule those. Then lastly, they tried over charging me for a brand new syringe. When you always have a full syringe to use. And I had't used my full syringe. Lastly, they switched which laser treatment they were going to do on me because they weren't sure. Very unprofessional Office staff. So I'm never going back there. read more

Marilyn the physicians assistant also was present for the consult, the surgery the post op as well as thas doctor!
