Sadly, the front desk is operated by a kind and courteous woman named Francesca, but the office manager Jenna is among the more demoralizing, patronizing people I've ever dealt with in medical profession. She claims to be "direct" but in my experience she is simply rude. When she picked up the phone she sighed deeply like she had no time for me, and it all went downhill from there. For me, anything medical requires the utmost care and compassion, and this experience left me in tears. If you need help with something as profound as healing a facial scar, why would you elect to put yourself in the path of human beings lacking in the basic skills of pleasant customer service, let ALONE a little compassion. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures. My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn't listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan. On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn't listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward. Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow-ups, I've expressed that I wasn't happy. After the surgery when I raised my concerns about the dissatisfactory results, they now tell me that I didn't have enough fat. Why mislead me and perform the surgery in the first place? More troubling is that over a year later, I still experience soreness and numbness in my abdomen and flanks. I've raised my concerns with the doctor, only to be met with disrespect and dismissive responses. At one point, I was even told that if I wasn't satisfied, I should have performed the surgery on myself--an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable comment from a medical professional. I truly regret trusting this clinic. In hindsight, I wish the doctor had taken a more honest, ethical approach and guided me toward non-surgical options more appropriate for my body type and goals. I'm sharing this review to help others make more informed decisions and to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through a similar experience.
