I had a major sewer issue (my sewer pipe under my house and garage was failing) and Raul promptly came out to assess the scope of work. I had several companies come out to estimate the project, and Raul gave me an extremely competitive estimate on what needed to be done and the approximate cost. Of everyone who saw the project, he was the only one who quoted me for the most comprehensive long-term solution at an extremely reasonable cost, and demonstrated thorough experience of what I should expect. We began the project right away. This was a 4 day job. It's an old house with the sewer line that was partially encased in very thick 12" slab of ultra-high psi concrete (poured in the 50s). Raul and Armani showed up day 1 with several trucks, a huge crew, and got to work immediately with jackhammers, a backhoe, new ABS sewer piping, and pipe liner hardware. They put up tarps to protect against dust, and went right to work. One of my concerns was that they had to dig in my garden as it was sitting right on top of my sewer cleanout... which has a bird of paradise that has been growing there for at least a decade. They actually managed to remove the plants, do all the work they needed to do, and replant them without over-stressing the plants... and it looks like the plants are doing great. Hardly even looks like they dug such a large hole in that area. As for the rest of the job, we ended up having to make a few audibles along the way because it was such a challenging dig - through no fault of their own of course, it's just an old house and there will always be surprises along the way - but Raul and Armani promptly came up with solutions that were not only the *right way* to do it, but also respected my budget. At the end, they hauled away all old debris and cleaned things up like they were never there. I'm extremely happy with the work. There was no way around this being an expensive project, that's just the nature of a total sewer replacement under such thick concrete, but because of their professionalism I truly felt heard, respected, and valued. And now my sewer should be good for another 70 years. I would recommend Raul and Armani and their Doctor Rooter organization to anyone who wants their sewer work done correctly and within budget. I felt that Armani did a great job as my tenant was very pleased with a main water line supply replacement and getting rid of an annoying noise due to sediment in the pipes. I wouldn't say the cost was amazing considering I am a notoriously cheap DIY person, but he blew away the competition by a significant number. I know I am not just paying for the labor, but I am mainly paying for the knowledge, the 25 year warranty, the licensing, the insurance, etc. so all-in-all I have been very happy. The excavator that was used did a phenomenal job in extremely minimizing the damage to the existing grass due to the need to replace close to 40 feet of pipe. Disappointed not once but twice! I find the company horribly unreliable and disorganized! The first time the owner Armani was 2 hours late for a sight on seen quote. There was no courtesy call or anything, we had to call and only then did he show up. He was very apologetic and quote was good so we decided to give a 2nd chance. Called the owner to confirm job and worked around his schedule for the work which we agreed for Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 8am. Well, we waited and again no show and no call! Absolutely awesome guys ... they came to unclog my sewer and had a state of the art hydrojet and camera. They found the problems, showed me them on the camera and came up with the best solution to repair the pipe. They worked their butts off until it was done. It goes without saying that they didn't hesitate and pulled a permit, passed the city inspections with flying colors and then cleaned up. I liked them so much that I then had them replace my tank water heater with a tankless. Again they pulled a permit and got it done in one day. I wish I could give Armani and Doctor Rooter 10 stars!! We have been having to get our drains snaked out for the last few years and no one could tell us why! We had just snaked out the line again two days ago and it didn't work. We had roots growing into our main sewer line! These guys are absolutely amazing. I moved into a house thatd hadn't been lived in, in over 7-8 years. I had nasty clogged pipes and my tub and toilet would back up. After Arman figured out my tree was rooting up the lines he put in a 3inch drain pipe and rooted everything out found out I had cracked pipes and was still able to clear everything.
