She said it takes 40min if we are ok with waiting. we haven't experienced service like this yet here in BC. She was so sweet and gave us a call when our crabs were done so we went and had drinks at the nearby bar while we waited. Not only did she stay late for us but she was gracious about doing so. Anyway, we took the crabs back to our hotel room and had a little crab fest on our balcony! It was amazing! A group of us place an order every other month or so and have them shipped to our local airport. They are usually 2 days out of the water, pack in ice and crated. They will still have their heads and tails on but have been gutted and cleaned. I took a fish filleting class just so I can make perfect, boneless fillets for my freezer.
