    Restaurant from the dock.

We had a really nice dinner at this Dockside Restaurant. The Seafood Dip appetizer & the Crack Nuggets were delicious. We all had something different- quesadillas, chicken salad, Philly Cheesesteak etc. It was all good. The Cole slaw was delicious (they brought me a sample before I picked it!) The atmosphere was quiet and fun watching all the boats getting put in the lake. Our waiter Fernando was awesome. Very helpful & attentive & a really cute personality. Last time we were here on a Fri when it's all the catfish you can eat and it was kind of a zoo. I guess it's worth it if you like fried catfish.

My husband introduced me to this place. It was summer, and I really wanted to go out to eat somewhere by the water since it is so hot here. And here we are. New place! I really enjoyed the food , and enjoyed looking at all these boats around. It is kind of away from all things but very cute. People who work there are so friendly. And you can go to this place without worrying too much about the look and shoes since people are dressed there for the boating. I will visit this place again!

Very good food. Run by very good people. The grilled pork loin and the grilled tilapia are the best you'll find anywhere.

After reading all the reviews we headed south and are pleased to share that everything and everyone we encountered were absolutely top notch...food was prepared perfectly from the breads, calamari, trout and swordfish; and the proportions more than enough to require a stroll along the river after the Chocolate chocolate cake. Our server was amazing and you can't beat the riverfront location and views. They don't take reservations and those negative reviews usually involved large parties and special needs that take time to accommodate. Check Scottie's out, and enjoy! I would have given 5 Stars except for the pay to park phenomenon and QR codes that can be just annoying and have appeared in every major city. Nothing is free anymore including parking. We will be back.

The stuffed mushrooms did not taste fresh and also lacked flavor. The calamari lacked flavor as well and was a big disappointment. The server was nice and set our expectations, advising that some of the items we ordered were more of an acquired taste, but we were still disappointed. There was a server change at one point, and the new server was not careful when delivering the food and spilled the gumbo upon arrival. Considering the price and value, this place is definitely a one and done.

I am a new DoorDash customer, and unfortunately my first experience was very disappointing…read more I placed an order from Juicy Crab on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, but DoorDash delivered the wrong order. When I contacted DoorDash, I was unable to get a refund or a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I had to drive to the restaurant myself to have the mistake corrected, which completely defeated the purpose of using DoorDash for convenience. When we arrived at Juicy Crab, the hostess, Haley, was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. She took the time to correct our order and made sure we received the correct food. She provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. However, we asked to speak with the manager, Sarah, about what had happened, and she declined to come out and speak with us. That was very disappointing. As customers, we expected the manager to acknowledge the situation and address our concerns, especially after we had to make an unnecessary trip to the restaurant because of the incorrect delivery. While I understand that mistakes can happen, both DoorDash and Juicy Crab share responsibility for ensuring that the correct order is prepared, verified, and delivered to the customer. This experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that improvements can be made. I also want to recognize Haley for providing excellent customer service and turning an otherwise frustrating experience into a better one.

I ordered the Carne Asada, which is usually my "go to" when I eat at a mexican restaurant. Wait time wasn't so bad. The chips and salsa were good too, the tortilla chips were crunchy and salsa was flavorful. But unfortunately, my Carne Asada fell flat. I asked the beef to be cooked at medium but the beef was tough and overcooked. I was surprised at how dry it was. There were some pieces of the beef that were decent, but overall just too overcooked and dry for me. It was pretty disappointing actually for my first time here. Service was great, they were attentive and checked up on us from time to time. I just felt like the Carne Asada price at $17.99 did not correlate with the quality of meat at all. The other sides were good, like the avocado, beans and rice. And the overall portion size was great too. But for the dish as a whole, I can't justify the price for that. I've been to other mexican restaurants in the area with better Carne Asada that I'd choose in a heartbeat. Despite that experience, I'd come back here but I'd definitely order something else.

Taylor was our server and she was PHENOMENAL. from making us feel welcome to making us never want to leave, she had the best personality. I had 2! for dinner we had the spinach dip and steak nachos from the appetizer sections. The balsamic glaze on the nachos was my favorite part, just the right amount of tangy with savory. Now, the place had more noise than a family reunion after someone mentions politics--two teenage softball teams carrying on, laughing, living large. Hard to fault that. Better than silence so thick you can hear your own regrets. Food showed up quick, which is about all you can ask when you're hungry enough to consider eating the menu. And it was good--honest good. Not "tell your mama about it" good, but solid, dependable, "yep, I'd order that again" good. Prices didn't make you feel like you'd just financed somebody's boat, either. Beer was cold--like it ought to be, like it better be--and the waitress understood to be there exactly when we needed her and vanishing when we didn't. That's an art form. Now the atmosphere... well, it had all the charm of a place that once had big decorating plans and then decided, "Eh, this'll do." A little on the bare side. Felt like a Friday night that never quite got dressed up. But I'll tell you this--I'd go back. And that, right there, is about the highest praise you can give a place without writing a love letter to the chef.
