But they locked the doors and would not let anyone into the waiting room. When I knocked on the door to ask what was happening and when they thought the system might be back up, an employee who answered the door was absolutely rude. When people go for medical testing, it's not a happy situation generally. These employees show no understanding or compassion. That reflects poorly on the company that hired them.
