Eggs Benedict on a crab cake

If you are anywhere near Plattsburgh, take the short drive to try this place. it's kinda in the middle of nowhere but, well worth the trip. great food in a casual setting Beautiful views across Lake Champlain and a deck if you choose to eat outside.

Great food, great atmosphere -- what's not to love about this place! We had a great brunch there.

Awful service, completely ridiculous. Food mediocre. Would not recommend. Would go at the least busiest time if possible.

Got promptly seated at a booth & service came & my server was knowledgeable and recommended what I would do (you're gonna see what I'm referring to) & in the process got me a little bit of a bargain especially with my particular meal decision & did a prime rib with salad/bread/soup bar included. Ambience is very interesting because it seems from the 1980's music video days for few tracks I heard (not exactly bad especially now MTV no longer does music videos-?) but majority of music I heard was decent anyway. Suggestion for crew on the salad bar inform people "plates are cold, be aware" & just so people know.

There are many nice private booths for your family to have a nice dinner in the building is very to be in. Butcher Block would get a 6/5 stars if it could.

There was only the high table by the kitchen door left but the food more than made up for it. We started with the fried calamari and garlic breadsticks. Calamari was tender and crisp, cooked to perfection and served with a tang sauce. They served the tentacles which is my favorite part! Breadsticks were toasted strips of Italian bread swimming in garlic. 4 may seem like a small serving but it was just enough of a carb. I had the stuffed chicken breast which was delicious, filled with prosciutto and fresh spinach. Filling dinner with enough left for lunch. My aunt had a cheese burger and the truffle parm fries . I didn't try the burger but it looked amazing! Thick, juice and cooked to order. The fries were a 10/10 so amazing! Crispy and delicious served with the best horseradish sauce Ive ever had Smooth and creamy with the perfect amount of heat to make your eyes water! If nothing else try the fries!!! After such a meal we had no room for dessert and leftovers. Our waiter Keegan was attentive and followed us out to bring us our togo boxes we forgot. So if ur down by the base I strongly suggest checking out this bistro

BEVERAGE : coffee with half/half When you search the definition of a restaurant it is described as "a place where people pay to sit and eat meals that are cooked and served on the premises." The definition for customer service is "the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services."..... 5 hours....5 long hours I traveled to the city of Plattsburgh; to embark on another mission which I completed.....But not only did the 5 hour solo car karaoke fest LINKIN PARK helped me complete this mission.. "MICHIGAN PLUS" gave me the energy (THE FUEL) I needed to successfully complete what NEEDED TO BE DONE on this mission... The minute you walk into this fine restaurant you're immediately greeted with the fresh aroma coming from the grill. The chefs, grill masters channeling their energy creating dish after dish after dish. BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER! This fine establishment serves it all!! Even though they're open 7 days a week from 7am till 3pm. I must say my first time in Plattsburgh, first time at Michigans Plus...being recommended this place by a staff at the nearby Hampton Inn... I knew immediately this fine restaurant never ever "missed a step", "skipped a beat". The staff especially my waitress and the OWNER (whom I met)....SO DAMN PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY! EVERYONE TREATED ME with respect and just overall a great customer service. My food....my MEAL.....HOT DAMN!!! Now I know I had a large plate of breakfast. But I needed to prepare for this battle I was going to be in. This mission is important to me for my life and the level I NEED TO ASCEND TO. My pancakes were fully cooked individually filled with FLAVOR, my eggs were SCRAMBLED....SCRAMBLED(with tomatoes). My sausages and bacon all tasted fresh! Everything was fresh.... Quick side note (if only they had other milk options) but overall!!!!!! I am thankful for and happy(plus FULL) all because of the heart of Plattsburgh, NY....Michigans Plus Please support the locals!!!! PS: The mission was an exam.

My dinner experience there certainly lived up to expectations. The restaurant is small, seating maybe about 30 people. I wouldn't call it intimate, but I would call it friendly. The menu items are enjoyably named, with some interesting ingredient and flavor combinations. Service is fast and friendly; 3 servers can take care of all the tables quite nicely, with time for fun conversation as you go. The cocktail list is small, and the drinks are simply garnished, but everything we tried was quite flavorful and reasonably priced. As an appetizer, the Moo Moo Dippers, filled with shaved ribeye and corned beef and combined with the remoulade sauce for dipping. were addicting. My salmon filet came atop a bed of roasted sweet potato and corn hash and a sauce on top to give it more interesting presentation and flavor. The pork medallions were similarly appealing. We passed on dessert, because most of the offerings had some form of caffeine in them (e.g., boozy affogato), but I'm certain they would have been equally delicious. I was surprised the restaurant closed so early on days they're actually open, i.e., 8pm. So if you want convenient dining, get there early for dinner, because it does fill up.
