I am extremely disappointed with this experience because I absolutely love the popcorn here and specifically came just for that. The smell alone always draws us in, and it used to be one of my favorite spots to visit. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. We have been waiting over 30 minutes, and at this point it genuinely feels like no one is coming back to help us. Multiple customers -- at least 10 people -- have already walked away because they were tired of waiting, and we are still sitting here with no service or updates. It is frustrating because this place clearly has products people enjoy, but the lack of organization and customer service makes the experience terrible. I never expected to be this disappointed by a place I used to genuinely enjoy. read more

I bought caramel corn, expecting it to be, like caramel corn. Although it does have an initial reminiscent flavor of caramel corn, the aftertaste is just abhorrent. It's pretty gross. If you really need some caramel corn, run over to AMC and get some of their "premium" popcorn, and get the caramel corn. It's expensive, but at least it tastes like caramel corn. read more

My son bought buttered popcorn and what a disappointment. There was absolutely no flavor at all. The prices are premium ($7) for a plain bag of popcorn?? The guy at the register is funny and friendly which is what raised this to 2 stars. read more

Let me start off my saying I LOVE POPCORN! Popcorn is my favorite snack, and I can/will eat it any time of day. With that being said, when I stumbled upon the glorious smell of popcorn at the mall this afternoon, I had to try some. To my surprise, Doc Popcorn was absolutely delicious. It was hot, and super fresh. Today I tried the original butter flavor, but there are several other flavors too. Oh, there are also refill containers for purchase too. Wishing now that I would've gotten one. Looking forward to my next visit so I can try the kettle and/caramel corn flavors. read more

About a month ago I asked if they would do bulk bags of popcorn for a wedding. Staff member contacted his manager, which gave me all the information I needed. Fernando (manager) reached out to me about 3 days before the wedding to confirm my order along with amount and flavors. I ordered 4 bags to be picked up the day before the wedding (pictured) @ 11am. When we arrived his staff had all four bags ready. Popcorn was fresh, warm and delicious. Of course I had to order a small bag to eat. I would definitely recommend Doc Popcorn for any occasion. Fernando and his staff were very accommodating. They did an amazing job! read more

Employees take more than an hr of a lunch break FYI if you're waiting. Terrible customer service

Terrible service. I came last week for popcorn. Arrived at 732pm and they were "closed". Young guy was cleaning up and didn't want to serve. I came today at 657pm and ordered Kettle. Guess what? They wouldn't make anymore because they were closing soon and stop making popcorn at 7pm. I get it you have to clean, but this is ridiculous. Why did I come here twice you ask...well because my kid has been wanting this kettle popcorn here at this kiosk and both times have failed. It's not about him being spoiled. I can see it being my fault partially, but this place is a joke. They have time to make popcorn. It's a matter of customer service. read more

What I really like about this store is the Staff. They'll greet you with smiles! They were very friendly and helpful. My mom within seconds dropped, accidentally, at least half of the popcorn that we bought. They graciously refilled it without any hesitation or grumpy/irritated look. We didnt even tell them to refill it- they just did! One more good thing about this store is that you can smell their product at least 75-100 meters away. I'M NOT KIDDING. Me and my mom are not a popcorn loving kind of people--but the moment we had that scent -- we kept looking where this store was. read more

Their way of business is so cheating. We ordered dippin dots size S. They said they didn't have S size but M size. All the dippin dots are already packed and stored in the freezer. So we took M size. Right after we paid and received the product, the guy at the store openes another freezer and started packing the dippin dots (the same flavor we ordered) into the M size cup. Wait a minute!!! They have all the size of the cup at the store (I saw it!) and they have dippin dots in a bucket as a stock, and they told us no S cup and forced to sell M size. They could make S size for us and sell it but they didn't do it. I felt so angry when I saw them making a refill. If thy say no S size, don't upgrade to M size and ask them to make it. read more

9/4/17 4:50pm Extremely disappointed!!! Came here for the first time. The cashier that helped us (dark hair girl, Melissa) had absolutely no manners or respect for customers. We waited in line to be helped and when it came to our turn, she was rushing us and was very rude about it. A small popcorn is $5.11, honestly you'd be better off with a half sized pizza for about the same price at blaze a few stores away! The hoppin Jalapeno wasn't even that spicy! Anyways, the munchies that you end up buying when you're only on a 10 minute lunch break. read more

My family and I were walking around the Mills today and as we walked near this stand, we able to smell the buttery popcorn. My son never asks for popcorn but the smell was too strong for him to resist. We ordered the cheddar popcorn in a medium size (since it was only about 60 cents more than the small). What I appreciated most was the guy who worked there today filled the bag all the way to the top and it was so full, we couldn't close the bag but no one was complaining. It was delicious also, not like those prepackaged cheddar popcorn. read more

I love this kiosk! As a mall employee, I've come to this kiosk so many times and I love when Melissa, Fernando & Brian are working there :) They're all so friendly and have the best popcorn! They've even recommended mixing the cheese and caramel and say it's a customer favorite. Adding dipping dots to the kiosk was a great idea especially this summer! read more
