WARNING: DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE! I use to this shop for years until I took my new Honda Pilot SUV in there for a tire rotation. When I picked it up, there was a 4in scratch on the steering wheel!!! I called them and went in ASAP as it happened. They (including the owner) denied all responsibility stating "There is no way one of our technicians could have done that." (Meanwhile, a technican walking out of the garage had a ring on and the women at the front desk who moves the vehicles had a couple rings on each hand and 2in long nails.) When you drop off your $45K+ vehicle or ANY vehicle for that matter, you should get it back the exact way they you left it. Not to incur damage!!!

I saved over $1,000 by going to Doc's vs. the dealer. I would not hesitate to use them again for work on any of my cars.

My Grandma used Tire Tread services recently. She has been a loyal customer for the past 40+ years,…read moreand I have never once heard her complain about how they treated her before this most recent visit. I am not sure who "Danny" is that works there, but he embarrassed my sweet Grandma so unacceptably on multiple occasions, I would be surprised if she ever felt comfortable or safe using their services again. He tried to take advantage of her by quoting her over $800 for a $250 auto part. When she tried to question it and advocate for herself, he put her on blast and argued with her, causing a scene in front of multiple other customers. Now, I don't typically give negative reviews, I love supporting local businesses, but when I hear that an innocent person was taken advantage of by a supposedly "specialized professional", I find it severely disconcerting. We are supposed to be able to trust these individuals to take care of our loved ones by providing the best care possible for their automobiles and make them safe and reliable to drive. At the very least, I would have expected my Grandma to have been treated respectfully and professionally. I was shocked to hear otherwise. I won't encourage others to avoid this business just because my Grandma was victimized by a single employee, but I do hope that a certain level of accountability will be maintained within their staff moving forward.

When I walked in, I expected a professional and welcoming environment. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. The young employee behind the counter seemed far more interested in his cell phone than engaging with a customer who was simply seeking clarification about services provided. Rather than taking the time to answer questions courteously, his demeanor came across as dismissive and uninterested. What stood out most was the contrast between the level of customer service I expected and what I experienced. A customer should never feel like they are bothering staff by asking reasonable questions about work they have paid for. Professionalism, communication, and respect are just as important as the work being performed, and unfortunately those qualities were lacking during my visit. I also couldn't help but notice that the shop appeared much quieter than I remember it being in years past. Seeing employees sitting in the bays and on their phones while receiving such a cold reception only reinforced my impression that customer service is no longer a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A more welcoming attitude and a greater focus on customer interactions would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.
