He separated himself from the rest by his understanding of local Denver communities and the general condition of the homes we were looking at. I felt like the other real estate agents we interviewed knew nothing about the homes they were selling. With Cody this was not the case, he would test doors, bounce on floor boards, look in mechanical areas for anything abnormal. I was at work 90 % of the time my wife and Cody were looking for a home and being new to the area we had no idea where we wanted to live. Cody was so patient with my wife and made himself available as needed. It took a couple of months of looking at homes at least 2 times per week, but Cody found us the home we wanted and best of all we got it!! Cody's negotiations got us the home we wanted after beating multiple bids. We couldn't be happier with the experience and Cody. Bergan and Company is now our agent for both residental and commercial properties.
