He will make you feel as if you are working with your best friend or close family member and not a real-estate agent. If you ask this man to jump, he will ask how high. Tom will always look out for you and keep your best interests in mind. When I asked him to see a house he usually had a showing scheduled that same day. When I needed to move my target area, he was more than happy to accommodate. When our mortgage broker dropped the ball, Tom had a man on standby so we could still close on time. I have never worked with anyone who was so willing to help you and had the knowledge to do so. So if you are in the market for a new house, look no further, I would recommend Stay Gold to anyone for a stress-free experience.

After being nickel and dimed by a large vacation rental company, I was finally fed up and ready for…read morea change. One of my friends was using Tribe to manage her mountain property and suggested I give Coleman a call and interview him. The first thing I did was go on to her reviews and saw that she did not have anything under a five star review with Tribe. After speaking with Coleman, it was apparent that his company was run completely different than the large vacation management companies I had used in the past. Not only were his fees lower, but he did not charge for many of the things I was paying for every month through the current company I was using. He also allowed me to use my own linens which I really liked. I waited 12 months before posting this review, but I am so excited with the impeccable service I have received through Tribe that I wanted to share with other property owners. Whenever I call with a question for Coleman he either answers right away, or contacts me back within an hour. This is rare. I have gotten rave reviews on my ski property and many people booking for the second and third time because they are so happy with the cleanliness and condition of my property. They also appreciate Coleman's hands on approach if anything comes up. I have also had some interesting requests from guests, and Coleman is always quick to come up with a solution outside of the box to accommodate. My husband and I couldn't be happier with this company.

This review is long overdue. You see, we have known John Grant for more than 20 years. He helped…read moreus purchase our home that moved us back to Colorado. Since then, he has helped us and a few of our friends with the sale and/or purchase of many homes. Why do we keep using John? Simply put, because he is, in our opinion, the very best. Sure we could go on about his being a consummate professional, we could talk about his long time experience in the Denver area real estate market, we could even talk about his extensive connections with professionals in the area to help with all of the things connected to the sale and/or purchase of a home, but I want to talk about something more. What sets John apart from his contemporaries is who he is as a person. You see, John has a great heart and a mind that seems to always be in gear for creative thinking when the situation calls for it. John not only understands the ins and outs of the real estate market, but he understands the psychology of buyers, sellers and other agents. He knows how to strategically approach each situation to benefit his clients without harming nor belittling the other parties. John is the poster child for a win/win situation. He is honest (even when one might not like what he has to say) when determining the value of a property and helps his sellers get the most for their property and his buyers get the best deal on their new home. His patience with first time home buyers is equal to his enthusiasm with those of us who have been around the block a few (or more) times. In short, you just cannot go wrong with John Grant on your side. Do we recommend him? ABSOLUTELY we do!

I've never had such a terrible service experience with a mortgage company. After we closed, they…read morewere supposed to mail us a servicing package but it never showed up. I mailed in payments using the information we were given at closing, but kept trying and failing to get an online account set up. Four months later, I finally got through to someone in the servicing department and they informed that they had already sold our loan to another company and that they wouldn't be taking our payments anymore. If I hadn't called about the online account issue, we would have never known that anything had changed or that we needed to send payments to somewhere else. Shouldn't they have to disclose when they sell your loan?? Edit: We found out that they had been mailing our statements and disclosures to the wrong address. When the mail kept getting returned to them for 4 months, they never reached out to us. Despite providing our mailing address at closing, Loan Depot mailed everything to our physical address (to which the USPS will not deliver mail). They transferred our loan from the California office to New Jersey office about a month after closing, but I never got the notice so I kept mailing payments to the California address which apparently was very wrong (and "amazing that your payments still got through" according to the service department). Even after the inter-office transfer, no one reached out us to ask why everything they mailed us kept getting returned by the USPS as un-deliverable mail. Unbelievably poor handling of the situation. Edit #2: After calling twice to confirm that they had corrected our mailing address, we are now receiving forwarded mail that they're sending to an old residential address that we have never used for mail. This address was never mentioned in any of my phone calls by either myself or the service representative, and I have no idea why they chose to start using it or where it came from. What a mess!
