Dry cleaning this guy done lost my service…read more The owner of this place was eavesdropping on a conversation I was having with my wife about a coin laundry in the small town I grew up in 20 years. " I told her that all the kids were taking the coins from the change machine because how old the machine was and we all got caught when we cashed it in at the only store in town." This guy calls the police saying I was going to do that there because he was eavesdropping. Not listening to the whole story. Half his machines are broken and one took 50 cent more than what it said. It's only .50 cents but still. The place was pretty dirty so let's keep our fingers crossed. One cost 8$ the other one 7.50 I cashed three 5's and one dollar bill and have no changed left. The only reason I'm using this place is because I didn't know and my drains are currently backing up. Hopefully it's fixed before I have to wash clothes again. The rating would be a zero do not go unless you what the police called on you. But unfortunately, the lowest rating is a one star.

You have to put money on a card specific to this place rather than put cash into the machines. The particular washers we used cost us under $3 a load and the dryers even less. I tried get alterations to sleeves on overcoat and was basically shooed out the door and told to make an appointment. This was after showing up three times prior with the coat expecting someone to be there based on their posted hours, only to find the place closed. This happened on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Despite the posted hours, It's kind of a crapshoot as to if/when this place will actually be open for business. You can drop off dry cleaning at the kiosk anytime, but getting alterations or anything where you need to speak with someone is a whole ordeal which apparently needs to be carefully scheduled. I ended up just going to a place called Alberts instead -- who took care of me right away. It took less time to walk in, explain what I wanted, get measured and hand off the coat at Albert's than it did to just show up wait around and then be scolded by the woman at A&M. This place seems to have a good reputation for quality work based on word of mouth recommendations, however because of the way this place is run, it makes of very difficult to use their services.

I noticed water temp was warm (I learned temp defaults to temp used by last customer) and I wanted cold water, so I push the stop button. The machine then was flashing and not allowing me to continue. Employee advised I wait for machine to reset. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.
