When I met Frank, I was in severe pain, afraid that my dental career was going to be prematurely…read moreended from my back injury. Surgery was an option that all of my holistic friends felt was a bad decision, with risks and possible complications besides more time away from work and still more healing. But who could show me the other way? My personal doctor connected me with his physical therapist, who worked closely with Frank to help other people in my situation, and so I looked forward to working through my fears and pain, with Frank. WITHOUT SURGERY, I am stronger and more confident than I was before the injury 24 months ago, and now healthier at the age of 55. A weight routine does not concern me, nor my cardiologist and internist because we all know that Frank is monitoring what I do, in a way that gives me the most benefit, with the least risk of further injury. Each time I go home feeling good, not in pain for the next few days, and I still make significant progress, even more than my friends that do not work out with a trainer, but work out more often. He's my guide, coach, support, and now my friend. I could not do this without him, and that's why I recommend him to all of my friends, and especially other dentists, before they are injured. I recommend prevention over repair, and with Frank, the healing is even better than the health I had before the repair was needed. Either way, go and see what he can do for you. I've been a member at another gym for over five years and decided to give this place a chance while…read moremy family is out of town. Unfortunately, that ended as soon as I walked in. I stopped by to ask about a one-month membership, but instead of listening to what I was asking, I was interrupted, talked over, and treated in a dismissive, condescending manner. Customer service matters, especially when someone is considering becoming a member. The interaction alone was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere. I won't be back, and based on my experience, I'll be telling the people in my network to stay away from this gym.

It was super pack which I understand and they couldn't give us a tour so we decided to take the free pass and try it for a bit. They gave other people tours but said no to us for some reason. The pool and outside part of the gym was closed and not ready so keep in mind if you pay for membership you don't have access to everything yet. I currently go to O2 I was ready to go to a new gym but this gym really is too crowded and kind of outdated for what it is. Machines were super close together. They try to just add stuff with out logic of spacing when people actual use them. The membership seems expensive with a lot of extra fees to use other parts. I think it more of a check a box fake appeal but when you really look at it... The gym does everything but just not well. Also, people did not clean up after themselves. That not the fault of the gym but the culture here seems to be a lot of people who do not know proper gym equiuette like wiping up or putting your weights away.
