However, despite months of calling and emailing, we haven't received any solution. The travel agent tried to help by contacting MSC, but even after waiting on hold for 3 hours and sending emails, we didn't receive any response. When I spoke to the owner/manager, LUISA, she became angry and unprofessional, yelling at me and refusing to take responsibility. She even suggested that we should have taken trip insurance. As a customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and compassion.
