We needed help and turned to Pravassa after the recommendation of a friend. Pravassa will "custom a private trip". After answering some questions about our likes, disIikes and interests numerous proposals/suggestions began to arrive. In no time, Pravassa seemed to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. Everything was planned for us: transport from the airport and to the second site, pick up and transport to activities and wonderful accommodations! Pravassa thought of everything including a local contact if we had questions or concerns. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Pravassa. We will definitely use them again.

We wanted to spend a night in San Fransisco on our way to Honolulu to see Alcatraz. The hotel was amazing, and it was within walking distance to the Alcatraz ferry and San Fransisco's Pier 39 where we enjoyed an awesome view of the waterfront When we got to Honolulu the next day, we took a private car to the pier and got beautiful lays the early check-in for the cruise so that we could go to Pearl Harbor. It was such an overwhelming somber tour. The cruise went without a hitch, if you want to really see Hawaii make sure to take the cruise around the islands so that you can be sure to see everything Hawaii has to offer. I would recommend the sunset view from Haikulike Crater tour as one of the Viator tours but bring a coat, it gets extremely cold by the time you ravel to the 10,000 ' above sea level crater rim it is very chilly! And my kids loved Viator's private surfing lesson. The entire trip went without a hitch which we can only attribute to Cindy's hard work. We will be sure to use Cindy and Kensington Travels on our next family vacation.

The tour began at 11 am near Central Park and took us to many sites. We stopped and had plenty of time for pics. The tour guide was great about taking pics so we didn't have to selfie at every stop. Jay was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the buildings. Of course NYC traffic is a nightmare but Karim and Jay got us to all the stops on time and safely. The tour ended with a boat trip to the bay by the Statue of Liberty which provided great views (go stand on the bow for best pics and experience.) If you want an overview of the city with comfort, this is a great choice. Then you can plan what to do the rest of the trip. (We stayed at Marriott Times Square, saw Hamilton, filming of Stephen Colbert, 9/11 Museum, walked Central Park, 5th Avenue) and ate great food.
