My daughter and her friend were literally stranded in the middle of one of the busiest highways in the US with no way to get across the road without getting killed. I called AAA and their dispatch took hours and was really awful so I called my insurance company and they dispatched Carters instead. Matt was awesome about communicating and got the girls to a safe location. Carters was also great when the insurance adjuster came to total the car. They turned a bad situation into a good one. They answered saying they'd be there ETA 10:34am EST. They didn't show. I called multiple times. And kept getting told should be 30 min.... 45 min passed still nothing. This same event kept repeating itself until I called and they said, "oh you have a spare? Well we can swap." I said sure ok, I've been stuck here since 10:50pm the night before now past the 12 hours of being stuck on i-75. After another hour or so a driver finally shows up, he called and talked to someone about it and said, "oh the owner will come out and personally handle this with the heavy truck, just in case. Should be about 30 minutes as it's a big truck and slow." Ok.. 35 minutes passed and no show... I called, the dispatcher couldn't reach the driver and said she would try to follow up.. NOTHING. Another 20 minutes passed. I called my insurance again, they called and were told it would be 30 more minutes he was on a call... 45 minutes passed, STILL NOTHING... After another hour of waiting (now it's 3:45pm EST) with still not help or communication. I call Marks Towing again.. this time they said, well because of the blowout we can't tow.. so you need to call your insurance and get someone else" What the f.............. From 10:34 am until 3:45pm I've been stuck out here on i-75 in 90 degree heat waiting and being strung along for a job they knew they couldn't handle or want to do.. wanted my day.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. or you may never get anywhere you need to be. They kept me from my 6 month old daughter and wife all day waiting for them 1.5 hours from my home stranded with zero cares.. This event happened Saturday 5/24/25.

Javier waited for AAA to refer him to me but they sent another tow company, which took three hours. I arrived after-hours, but they let me in. It was too late to work on the car so they got on it first thing the next morning. They analyzed what was wrong, made the repair, and had me on the road within a few hours. Heading home to Tennessee, on a Saturday, my Expedition blew a turbo coolant line. I called AAA and…read morethey sent Jerry from Superior Towing and Recovery out to our rescue. Ive been stuck on the road for hours before, but he was there within 25 minutes of making the call. After he made sure my wife, kids, and I were safely loaded in his truck he loaded the truck on his rollback, took us to a local hotel, waited 20 minutes for me to get our room, dropped the rollback so we could get our luggage (he even helped carry our luggage to our room!), then he brought the car to the dealership. Today, Jerry and I assume the owner went out of their way to get in touch with the dealership and direct them to who he gave the key to. Out of all the tow companies I've used over the years, these guys were the nicest, fastest and most willing to go out of their way to simply be good people and help. I hope we dont break down again, but if we do I wont be calling anyone else.
