We live hundreds of miles away and I couldn't get to the accident scene. Florida Highway Patrol left the girls in the middle of the median after he wrote up the accident report. My daughter and her friend were literally stranded in the middle of one of the busiest highways in the US with no way to get across the road without getting killed. I called AAA and their dispatch took hours and was really awful so I called my insurance company and they dispatched Carters instead. Matt was awesome about communicating and got the girls to a safe location. Carters was also great when the insurance adjuster came to total the car. They turned a bad situation into a good one. The car was in my garage at home. Allstate gave me a window for the service and the name of this vendor. About 25 minutes BEFORE the specified time Allstate gave me I got a call from the driver of this tow truck, telling me he has been sitting outside my house for 15 minutes! I mentioned the window Allstate had given me, and said I would arrive at my home in 3 minutes, requesting him to wait for me. I had gone to put air in my spare tire. The driver was VERY rude and cut me off on each sentence I spoke on the phone. He told me I should provide him with the jack and other tools, since he didn't have these on his truck! I told him now I was only 2 minutes away, and he said he was going to wait. As I pulled into my driveway in less than 2 minutes, I saw him drive off around the corner, and he left. Tried calling him back on the phone. I got no answer. I spoke to a man at the company office, and he was also very rude and obnoxious, telling me how the driver waited for me for a long time. Again, the window that Allstate gave me was of no interest or importance to this man. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

At 3:00, I called to see where my assigned driver was and met Bob, who was extremely rude right off the rip. Bob informed me that my driver was on 441 dropping off another vehicle, then would head my way, he also informed me that it is not his responsibility to inform his customers about any type of ETA nor any ingot regarding his drivers. After telling him that was bad business practices and that he should be informing his customers, I told him he was extremely unprofessional and the. He told me "fine, I'm canceling your tow" and then he hung up on me. I've read several other reviews on this company and it seems to be one individual there that treats women like this. Must be an incel.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would…read more My family and I had a very concerning experience with one of this company's drivers. We were traveling in the correct lane to proceed straight, while the company vehicle was in a designated turning lane. When the light turned green, we proceeded straight as expected. Instead of turning, the driver also attempted to continue straight, nearly forcing our vehicle off the road. This was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a serious accident involving my entire family. The driver's demeanor afterward also gave me the impression that he was aware he had made a serious driving error. I strongly believe this company needs to be aware of how its drivers are operating their vehicles and should take incidents like this seriously. When a company vehicle is on the road, the driver's actions reflect directly on the company. Thankfully, we were able to avoid an accident, but the situation could have ended very differently. I hope management addresses this matter and takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety of other drivers and families on the road. Please do better.
