The technician saw me promptly and was professional and courteous. No complaints here. Making an appt on the phone had been challenging because they are switching their systems so calls are taking longer understandably. Had an issue with an order not having been received by Derry Imaging though I had them send it twice. I called yesterday and spoke with a delightful woman named Rene. She couldn't find the order either but apologized and said it was probably a system issue and if I could contact my doctor to have them send it one more time but to her attention. She said she'd call me back once she got it and make my appt. Rene did just that. She got my order. Called me back. Made my appt and did it with such friendliness courtesy and genuine regard for me. THIS is customer service. Old-fashioned 'let me help you out let me see what I can do for you' customer service. THANK YOU RENE for going above and beyond the entire time. She was just so nice about everything and it's so rare to encounter that nowadays. Give this woman a raise because trust me, she's a rare gem!

Office Experience: -Got bone x-ray day of order…read more -3 separate calls needed to schedule a CT Scan. Appointment was for 4 days later. Upon arrival I was informed this was a STAT order. -Spoke with same phone contact each time. 1st: cranky but got her to laugh. Said she'd call me back with prior authorization despite doctors's order. Never did. -Second time I called she scolded me to bring my insurance card with me. (Vs informing me politely) -Third call 2 days later got appoint for Thursday. "Be prepared to pay $320!!!". Very rude, loud and cranky. Completed all electronic paperwork and uploaded with my insurance card in advance per appointment confirmation text. Arrival: -no charge for procedure (contrary to the mean phone person) -Asked for my insurance card again despite already uploading. (Company policy) -made me fill out previously submitted paperwork AGAIN because their system on retains the first page and also never stores your height and date. "It's a system issue we've had for months". -only after the appointment did they inform me it was an emergency STAT order and I should have been seen Monday when I had the bone x-ray vs waiting 3 1/2 days. Medically, this is a top notch place with top notch care. I've been going there for several years. However, it's ironic how medical facilities require patients to complete a code of conduct agreement annually yet they allow their clerical staff to be rude and borderline abusive to their patients.

Manchester was covered in my plan, but not Amherst or Goffstown NH. Not easy to find! A little tricky finding the entrance using Google maps to get me there. I asked a few people and they directed me to a door, take elevator or stairs down to next floor, follow the hall next to fitness room- look for small Quest signs. I allied extra time before my 7:20 am appt to find the place. Not marked outside... hmmm Clean tidy well lit waiting room Kiosk to check in using the QR code I got on my email the night before or use confirmation code Then my drivers license to prove who I am Saw my name ( just first 4 letters) on the waiting list screen on wall. I could see I did not have long to wait Got there early, taken in early Very very nice professional phlebotomist No bruising! Easy to talk to I brought my own lab orders from my doc. You can request for your doc to send them. But I had a last minute 11 o'clock the night before- to change the labs for insurance. So glad I brought paper copies for the blood draw. Over and done in 10 min Now this is amazing! I got an email from Quest to register online- I did And then that night/ same day/ I got all my results / sent them to my own email / printed them out. Once inside, the atmosphere is very pleasant and recently redecorated. Staff is very welcoming and friendly and check in is quick and efficient. I've been here many times and the wait time is very minimal. The technicians are very nice and seem to have great knowledge and expertise in their area. They are always efficient and able to answer any questions. I have great faith in this practice and will continue to use it even though it is an hour from home and there are places in my local area that offer the same services.
