Before she had a chance to look up the other Drs they mailed out a letter saying they'll no longer be caring for my wife and sent her the consent to release information forms when she finds a new Dr. So she has CHF, still has pneumonia and is extremely weak still and they cut her lose. Don't go to them if you care about your loved ones. If my wife listened to Anne and waited until Monday to see her, she would have had a heart attack drowning in her own fluids. If the request form has issues being transmitted, they should have inter office mail set up. That was fine with us, but we assumed he would be there two consecutive days. We went back the second day and he had never been there. When I called the company, they told me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to finish until the following Tuesday (it was a Wednesday!!). They schedule jobs they can't finish Just to get the work. We were left with no choice but to wait. It was a major inconvenience for us to have to be home to let him in for another day. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone and then don't follow through. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the installer was very nice and appears to have done a good job so far.
