Brian and his crew did an excellent job in just under 4 hrs. and they took care of my home and gardens, leaving them both neat and tidy. Brian made a very difficult decision for me, very easy to understand. George was a great first point of contact and…read morewas very up front about the scope of the work and the "unknowns" when doing a major electric overhaul. The project ended up taking fewer days than anticipated and the fee 100% reflected that. To me, that shows very high integrity (since I am a fairly clueless homeowner). Ultimately, it means I will call them if I have any other electric needs. I should add that they did great work, and the guys who did the work were professional and friendly. I highly recommend. Just needed a qualified electrician to hook it up. Tried several electricians in my area and they were not interested as they had never done such a job. Generators Plus also had never done such an install, but they were willing to try. That was very important, of course. During the install they were having difficulty getting the desired connectivity. Following much anguish & many discussions with Ford, Ford sent a new charging unit. So the brand new unit Ford had originally shipped me was defective. Most would not think a new device was defective, but Generators Plus was able to determine this. When the replacement charger was received, they had everything working well rather quickly. I was impressed that they were willing to do the job, they figured out that Ford had sent me a defective unit, and they were very polite, cleaned up their work and were just as friendly as could be.
