Instead of letting it go, the owner kept shouting while he was actively fixing the issue. Things escalated unnecessarily, and afterward the owner made threatening comments about cameras, banning us, and reporting us to insurance -- completely uncalled for. Ban or not, we would never return and have already informed multiple of our family members to not do business here. A business owner who treats customers this way should not be in customer service. The way he responds to reviews shows exactly who he is. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I'm editing my review because of his comment. It was the second my husband pulled into the car wash that the owner immediately ran to him to remove it. He didn't even get a chance to look at the signs yet. And immediately he started to remove the tow hitch. As a business owner, you should've thanked my husband after he said he will remove it and not continued to yell at him like an undisciplined child.
