I was worried about the reviews and should have paid more attention. I was looking at a 2009 BMW M3…read moreVIN WBSWD93579P361863. I spoke with Gavin the salesperson, and he told me about the car and said there were no major issues he knew of. I scheduled a PPI for the next day, and here is where the problems started. AFTER I paid for the PPI, Auto Barn jumped the price from $24,999 to $29,999. Here are some excerpts from the PPI on the car Gavin told me was in Good condition. "The vehicle has a check engine light on and the engine malfunction light on and the reduced engine power light on. The vehicle would not accelerate well or pick up speed. The vehicle is in limp mode. The engine runs rough and there is a small amount of abnormal smoke coming from the tailpipe. The check engine light is on. The increase emissions light is on, and the DSC light is on" "I noted the power steering fluid level is low, rack and pinion seals leaking, and the engine shows active oil leaks. The rear differential is leaking fluid." I have tried to call several times, but they will not answer their phones and texted several times now with no answers.

After test driving the vehicle and agreeing too purchase, I told them I would come back in 2 days with a check, can you please, Clean the vehicle inside and out, it was filthy, tire pressure light was on, most likely low pressure in one of the tires, chip in the windshield that needed to be repaired, and also wanted to make sure the it came with 2 key fobs, jeremy said, no problem at all, it will all be taken care of and be ready for you too pick up in 2 days. I drove 2 hours back to pick up the vehicle 2 days later and guess what.... None of the items were done, they did wash the vehicle but still dirty on the inside, little kids fingerprints/smudges all over the windows, etc... Didnt fix chip in windshield, tire pressure light still on, no extra key fob. I still bought the vehicle, but be warned... these guys have ZERO PROFESSIONAl SKILLS! Its basically a dirty warehouse with a dirty office that houses cars that they sell. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

*********UPDATE 8/11/22***********…read more THIS IS OUT OF EXPERIENCE ALL STATEMENTS ARE FACTS. This morning I get woke up by a phone call from Stephanie stating they needed the current mileage of the Jeep that I had bought through financing and when I say financing my financing was done through credit acceptance, not the dealership. I asked why they were needing the mileage. Stephanie then replied because we are looking at the depreciation value of the vehicle because we are terminating the agreement. I stated back to her. No we are not terminating the agreement. Why would you call me stating this? She states that the owner was feeling uncomfortable on moving forward with the agreement. After a conversation with someone on Facebook Messenger, that person that she was referring to was Chris who I assume is her husband and to be completely clear. He contacted my husband. He requested a friend request of my husband and then proceeded to message my husband making outlandish statements that were completely false and also being the one badgering and threatening towards my husband. No one has been threatening and badgering towards the owners of one owner finance. As of this point, we have also sought out legal representation with a law firm. We have contacted credit acceptance, notified them that an attorney has been involved that if they in any way shape or form try to revoke or do anything to this contract that we would see them in court and we would sue both them and the dealership. I will not be threatened. My husband will not be threatened. We will not be badgered and discriminated against by the dealership, at this point The discrimination has already been completely out of control. We don't know why they're so homophobic or what their problem is but they chose the wrong married couple to try to do discrimination, badger and threaten. Everything that me and my husband do is always recorded video and audio through body cam recording devices at all times if anyone touches that Jeep and they have no legal right to do so. By the way, I've already confirmed with my lawyer then they would be making the biggest mistake and they will be taken into court and we would sue them. That is not a threat. That is a professional promise that we will pursue all legal actions against credit acceptance and one owner finance. As a review expert on multiple platforms and social media, I definitely now will tell anyone if they ever asked about this dealership. In full truth by experience not rumor not fake information that they are the worst car dealership to ever even think about going to to stay the hell away from them and go somewhere else where you will not pay two to three times more the value of the car when I look back at the paperwork. Just to be clear, the Jeep's value is only $2500.00 they sold it to me for over $6,000. When I financed it, credit acceptance added almost $10,000 on top of it and interest over interest payment a 22.99% to be exact having me pay $15,522 for a vehicle that is only worth $2,500. So yes, if you have any thoughts of dealing with a used car dealership stay away from one owner finance. They are trucks and they are not to be trusted.
