We saw a car we were interested in online and were able to come into the dealership and test drive it the same day. Everyone at the dealership was approachable and welcoming. And the best part was my kids were able to play, eat snacks, and read while we were going over paperwork! My mom bought a car from Echo Park as well back in 2020 and had a great experience then, which is what brought us back this time as well. And when the time comes further down the road we will definitely be back a third time! Thank you Julian, you are the best!

We went ahead and purchased the vehicle outright but the paperwork has been a headache ever since. First, our names were misspelled on the title paperwork.. okay.. fine.. I should have paid more attention. Then we moved out of state and the new state's department of motor vehicles notified us that the Retail Purchase Agreement issued by Echo Park states that we OWE them money... umm... what? ... so My husband called them.. then I called the.. then I started sending emails.. and crickets. I will say one salesman called and said it he would fix it asap.. then crickets... so here we are ... still waiting for the corrected paperwork. If they would just call back to say, hey.. give us a week.. then great.. but silence is not exactly good customer service. Definitely do not recommend this place! If someone from Echo Park is reading this... I am still waiting for an update and will gladly update this review accordingly when the updated document is provided.

Please BE WARY…read more Please read this before considering a car here. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from here and to be honest And leave an un bias review that you can trust. We enjoy it. Was not a high quality vehicle and we knew that when purchasing Because i am working to restore it. But during the car buying process he had me sign an arbitration agreement That he explained to me was an agreement for them to pay up to 1500 dollars if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Turned out it was me signing away my rights to hold them legally responsible in anyway if anything goes wrong with it. As well as when he was explaining to me that the car I was purchasing had bumper to bumper warranty still. I asked him if anything could void that warranty. Which he assured me that wouldn't happen. After ward finding out that in truth CAN happen. if I knew that ,then I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle without asking for a dealer warranty of some kind instead of as is. The friendly caring persona turned out to be the false Shady dealership vibe that leaves a sour taste in my mouth And our salesman's name was Xavier If you look in the reviews an Xavier A left a review to bump up the star rating Wouldn't be surprised if most of the other reviews are fabricated

On CarGurus.com, I found the truck I thought was perfect for us. To our wonderful surprise, it was listed by Russel Felts Motor Co. When we drove up unannounced to this very unassuming office with cars in the back, our prayers were answered when the salesman, Rob Aleman, came out to meet us. I don't usually like when car salesmen circle you like vultures. But Rob just came out of the door and introduced himself to my husband and I. We instantly felt at ease with this polite and laid back gentleman. We told him why we were there. He took us right to the truck, he got the keys, we test drove, loved it. Went in, got paperwork started and chatted together, got to know each other while the paperwork was being handled by Joey. Joey was also nice guy. Rob made us feel like we had been friends for years! I hope everyone can have a great car-buying experience like us. Need a car, go see our friend Rob. Thanks Rob! I should also say we got a good and reasonable offer for our old truck, we got good terms on our new truck, and they both made it super easy to do business here. No pressure, no hassle, no smoke.

Over the phone, the staff were friendly and easy going. When we arrived, the car was ready to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. We had a budget and were able to stay within that budget. The whole process took less than an hour. The company has a real down to earth feel-they take your photo next to the new car and post it on their wall! The staff have an easy way about them that makes you feel comfortable and not like you're being manipulated. It's a very small dealership and off the beaten path, but soooo worth your while! Also want to note that they let us take the vehicle home the night before purchasing with a small deposit so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. Not many other dealers would let you do that or they might give you a hard time. But these guys made it easy and convenient for us!

He recommended all these services to me without even checking my service history. He also recommended an alignment based solely on the look of my tires. I asked the technician if he could at least test my alignment to know for sure. Come to find out that I didn't need an alignment I told Albert that I didn't trust him and he stressed that he was "a Christian," which means absolutely nothing to me. If you gotta tell someone that you're something it usually means that you're not. At the end of my transaction, Albert gave me a white doll that says, "Jesus loves me." Completely inappropriate. I recently purchased a used Honda from Gunn Honda after my previous vehicle was totaled in an…read moreaccident. Since buying another car wasn't planned, I was working within a very specific budget and appreciated that the initial representative who contacted me by phone and text was friendly and responsive. However, once I shared my budget, I felt like the level of communication changed. When I was ready to visit the dealership, I was handed off to another salesperson who was kind, but seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my situation. I was also surprised that their system still contained personal information from more than 10 years ago that had not been verified or updated before my visit. One thing I did appreciate was their large selection of used Hondas. I've owned Hondas my entire life, so I felt comfortable shopping there. I also liked their "one-price" sales model, although it does mean there's little to no room for negotiation. My biggest concern involved the financing process. We arrived with a pre-approval from our credit union and made it very clear what our maximum budget was, including taxes and fees. We were encouraged to let the dealership submit our application to multiple lenders to see if they could beat our financing. Later, we learned from our credit union that Gunn Honda had submitted the application for approximately $10,000 more than the amount we were originally approved for. Naturally, those applications were denied, and we were then encouraged to finance through a different lender at a much higher loan amount and monthly payment. That experience left us feeling like our stated budget wasn't being respected. Thankfully, we stayed with our credit union and were still able to purchase a vehicle that was only slightly above our original target. As a woman shopping for a vehicle, I also felt discouraged from asking questions. Since this was a used car, I wanted to understand the inspection process, ask about the tires, and discuss the minor damage that appeared on the vehicle history report. Instead of feeling like my questions were welcomed, I felt as though I had to justify why I wanted that information. Purchasing a vehicle is a major investment, and every buyer deserves to feel comfortable asking questions without feeling dismissed. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the paperwork moved surprisingly fast, which I appreciated. I also liked that I received permanent license plates the same day instead of temporary paper tags. That said, the overall delivery experience felt a little underwhelming. It seemed like once the paperwork was signed, the excitement ended. I've purchased vehicles from other dealerships where they took a little extra time to make the experience feel special like making sure the vehicle was spotless, celebrating the purchase, or simply showing more appreciation for earning a customer's business. While the detail department did end up filling the gas tank, it initially sounded like that wasn't even guaranteed, which left a poor impression. Overall, my experience was okay. There were definitely positives, including the inventory selection and efficient closing process. However, I believe Gunn Honda could improve communication, better respect customers' financial boundaries, make buyers feel more comfortable asking questions, and put a little more care into the overall customer experience. As someone who has been a loyal Honda owner for many years, I was hoping to leave feeling excited about my purchase instead of simply relieved that the process was over.
