I was looking for a new nail spot since my previous one had new owners and less than friendly service and found this place. I only had the two reviews to go by and was pleasantly surprised by the service. The owner welcomed me as soon as I came in and I sat down for my mani/pedi immediately. The owner offered me water and the back massage on the chair. When I was preparing to finish the owner then gave me a free manicure set! He explained that they just opened two weeks ago and are hoping for more business. I loved that The mani/pedi was $35. The owner said the prices will stay like this for a long time. I hope so because I plan on making this my regular place to get my nails done. Oh and I just realized it has $$$$ next the listing on Yelp. That has to be a typo! read more

During our last stay in Naples I went here for manicures with my daughters (12 & 15) after reading the good reviews. It was 20 minutes before closing time at 6 pm and the owner unlocked the doors again to let us in. We were out again at 6. The owner was very friendly and the place very clean. Only downside: my older daughter had received only one coat of polish and would have been too timid to mention she wasn't happy. I mentioned that she would need another coat so her nails wouldn't shine through and he applied it right away. Perk: he gave us a discount for the three of us. read more

I chose this place based on the excellent reviews I read here but is just me or did I catch Daniel on the wrong day? I got a gel manicure which normally lasts me 2+ weeks. My gel manicure from DN lasted not even one week! Probably because I had polish on my cuticles which made it lift. Probably because he didn't trim my cuticles correctly! He was finished with my manicure in less than 1/2 an hour. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted to like this place since it is close to my house. Oh well, back to trial & error. read more

Very nice people but absolute terrible service. I got a gel fill and they looked better when I went in than when I walked out. First, he filed so far down on my nail beds that they became red and raw, and it was very painful that I had to tell him to stop. He then cut the side of my finger while filing down the fill and caused it to bleed. The gel paint job... my 4 year old cousin could've done better. The sides are all exposed with no polish and look absolutely terrible and sloppy. I will NEVER go back. read more

DN Nails (located BEHIND Abbey Carpet & Tile on 41 North, right outside of the entrance to Imperial Golf Blvd., and just before Wiggins Pass) The owner spared no expense to make this a pleasant experience for customers. All new pedicure chairs are awaiting you. I found my spot and you will too. I appreciated the easygoing conversation I had with my technician, which made me feel at home shortly after I arrived. DN Nails is next to Jack's Seafood and a few doors down from Riverstone Spa. If you live in the North Naples or Bonita, this place is well worth a visit. Very disappointing. My shellac nails chipped within 3-4 days, so I went back, and they gladly did a whole new set. Chipped again within 3-days, so I went back and they fixed those fingers. Told me I am the only person this has ever happened to. Chipped again within 2-days. So I called and he said "come back in." When I came he was very rude and the nails he fixed are a mess. The problem seem to be that the polish gets on your fingers and peels back. If you are getting Shellac, don't bother coming here. read more

I researched nail salons and this had high reviews. The people were very pleasant. I was the only customer in the salon so maybe that should have been a clue. I went to have shellac put on my nails and it seemed to be an okay job except it only lasted a week and several nails were peeling off. Very disappointed. read more

I have never written a review before on anything, but my experience at DN Nails was so negative that I want to warn others. The couple who own DN are friendly and professional, however, their son made my experience there horrible. Not only was his attitude terrible, but he gave me a terrible manicure and pedicure - both chipping within 24 hours even though I had shellac on my fingernails - and he charged me more than the advertised price. I did go back though hoping that I would get one of the owners. Unfortunately, I got the son again who asked me who did the horrible job on my nails. When I told him that he had done it, he denied it! That experience was worse than the first and he charged me more than the first time even though I got the same thing. I can't go back again even though I truly like his parents. Mom and Dad - tell your son to get a job he wants! read more

My first time at DN Nails...first impression "clean, new everything, nice bright space, I bring my own polish but there are many to choose from I.e. OPI, Shellac, China Glaze, Essie, etc. Danny, the owner, did my mani/pedi - great job. Nice TV - volume off - u can read the screen - relaxing music, massage chairs, magazines and the price for a mani/pedi is $35 - can't beat that. Just recently found this place and am so glad I found it! They are the best mani/pedi place in the whole of Naples (the bar is low, but this place is great!). They are very courteous and do a great job. I will not go elsewhere anymore! only complaint is that they close at 6 during the week. Would love if they were open until 7 one nite per week at least! read more
