I had scheduled to meet with multiple contractors, but Erazo's was the only one who showed up on time and ready to work. Jennifer, who handles all the admin work, was a dream to work with! She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. Instead of nickle and diming like many other contractors, he even brought his own white paint to touch up parts of the trim to ensure clean lines after painting the walls light grey. I highly recommend Erazo's and will definitely work with them again for future projects!

I hired JMA Painting and Drywall to paint the entire interior of my house as well as to do a…read morethorough house cleaning afterward. I had gotten three price quotes from different painters, and this painter agreed to match the lowest quote that I received. We did have some communication delays during the quote process. In addition, I was not told which brand or color of paint would be used until the last minute. I just happened to have a color swatch for the brand of paint that this painter would use, so I was able to select the color that I wanted, although I did not have time to test it on my walls first. Nonetheless, the paint job of the walls, trim, and ceilings ended up looking good. My husband, in-laws, and realtor complimented the painter on the paint job. One reason why I chose this business for the painting was because it is a husband-and-wife team, with the husband doing the painting and the wife doing the cleaning. If there was a delay with the painting, it would be easier to coordinate the scheduling of the cleaning. After the painting was done, the wife cleaned the entire house. I would recommend this business for a reasonably priced and high-quality painting and cleaning job. Just make sure to get all details in the written estimate well before the job starts.

They arrived exactly as expected each day and were very flexible in working around other contractors we had coming in and out of the course of a couple of weeks. The final outcome was better than we had hoped - great attention to detail and went above and beyond with finishing touches. We've worked with several local contractors, and were hugely impressed by Soto's. We will 100% hire them for our next project!

I was very impressed with Blue Door Painting. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. The only reason I…read moream not giving 5 stars is that the paint could have been scraped a little better off the windows. That's really nit-picky, but in my book, you have to be perfect for 5 stars. I called Blue Door because we had chipping lead paint on two windows in what is to become my son's room. Anna at the office was able to do an estimate over email (I sent pictures) within 24 hours. Anna was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Then, they were able to schedule the work for the next business day. In order to facilitate quick turn around, I went to their office in N. Arlington, which is conveniently located, to sign the paperwork. The morning of the work a lady came with the painter to translate instructions and help him get set up. He fixed our busted window, removed the chipping paint and painted all the rest of our trim with three coats. He did all the work using the EPA lead paint certification guidelines (he had to seal everything up and clean up really well.) The work was done well and the windows look better than I even expected. It was totally worth the money not to have to deal with our lead paint issue myself. Anna called afterwards to make sure everything was done to my liking. This was a small job and I plan to use Blue Door again. I'll re-post afterwards.
