I brought in…read moreour BMW X6 last year for a ceramic coating, and they completely knocked it out of the park. The attention to detail is next level--every inch of the car was treated with care. The wheels and tires looked brand new, the interior was spotless, and the finish on the exterior was flawless. What really sets them apart is consistency. Every time I go back, they deliver that same "new car" look, feel, and even smell. It's honestly addictive. I've gotten so many compliments on how good my car looks, inside and out. They also hooked me up with a lifetime discount on detailing packages, which means I'm a regular now--and happily so. A quick tip for first-timers: they're located on the bottom level of a parking garage, so you'll need to grab a ticket to enter. Don't worry though--the team will take care of letting you out so you won't be charged for parking. If you're looking for a detailer that truly cares about their work and consistently delivers amazing results, Capitol Shine is it. Five stars all the way.

Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

The body shop that I normally go to in the Huntington area of Alexandria was closed today (Saturday) so I took a shot on this shop, as it was recommended as a next best option by ChatGPT (lol). Had an issue with the driver's side engine shield under my car coming loose because I'd pulled in too close to a curb. Didn't want to pay an exorbitant fee to replace it so took it to this shop to see if they might be able to repair it. They took a quick look and said they could fix it by replacing the screw and screwing it back in. They did the job on the spot in less than 20 minutes for such a miniscule quoted price that I added a 50% tip on top. What was especially nice was they saved me from having to take time off work later during the week to get the issue fixed. They made a great first impression on me and they'll now be the first shop I check with if I need auto body work in the future.

When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

This actually worked better for our scheduled, and he arrived exactly on time, and even texted me to let me know when he was 10 minutes out. David and I walked around the outside of the car, and then I showed him the inside; he didn't even cringe, just explained what he was going to do, where he was going to start, and got right to work. My Tesla had several challenging paint issues resulting from a collision repair performed for the previous owner, including overspray and cloudiness on a hood covered with paint-protection film, an uneven raised area above the driver's door, and poorly finished paint job around the driver's-side front light. It also had several small scratches and paint chips from normal wear and tear. Richard's communication leading up to the appointment was outstanding, and he performed all the work on-site at our home. He consulted with me about the different ways each issue could be repaired or mitigated, clearly explained the tradeoffs, and gave me both meaningful choices and his professional recommendation. He then worked carefully and skillfully, using the least invasive approaches possible. Richard aptly described his service as filling the niche between detailing and full body-shop collision repair. That is exactly what I needed. He also generously shared advice about troubleshooting other issues and properly caring for my car's paint. His pricing is remarkably modest for the skill, quality, and convenience he provides. I was happy to give him a generous tip and would encourage future customers who are equally pleased with his work to consider doing the same. Richard is honest, highly skilled, patient, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I'm extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend him.
