However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! In my opinion, patients should never be asked to write reviews while the provider is standing over them, and a provider should never take control of a patient's personal device to post reviews on the patient's behalf. I also referred a friend to the practice. She later told me that while she was undergoing a procedure, reviews were posted from her accounts without her knowledge. Phone was used without her consent, My experience left me feeling that my privacy and autonomy were not respected.
