What I thought was a problem turned out to not be that big of an issue and Steve did not charge me for the farm visit and my false alarm even though it cost him half his day. We have a couple of wells on the property and have had Steve or his son respond and have always been honest and professional. He not only answered the phone but after walking me through some reset procedures on the phone he said, "I really need to come to look at it".
