Quick responsive, fair pricing and very friendly! Highly recommend them to anyone needing well or pump services

Steve, the owner came out to fix the problem with a well of a family member, and he was very rude, saying to my family member, "I never really liked you when we first met, always questioning my pricing and everything." What the heck!! Who talks like that to a customer. If it was me, he would never be my first choice with that attitude . read more

I had an emergency situation where my well pump stopped working completely, they identified that it was an electrical issue, told me what I needed to do and showed me how to do it, I was able to fix it with their guidance and I'm very pleased. Very knowledgeable and respectable. Thank you so much Williston well and pump. read more

This is an awesome company! On a Saturday morning our well pump stopped working. After I exhausted my limited self service repair options I was stumped. We didn't know who to call, but found the number for Williston Well & Pump. Our call was answered after only a couple rings and we were immediately speaking with The Man. He figured out pretty early in our conversation that our home is outside his preferred service area, as we are quite a ways north of Williston. I thought for sure he was going to give me another name to call and that would be the end. However, other than mentioning that we were further than he normally covers he wasn't deterred at all from wanting to help. We spent the next 15 or 20 minutes with him guiding me through several steps to try to diagnose the problem. Although I was honestly ready to give up and just have someone come fix the pump, he stuck with it and was able to diagnose our problem. Then, in an ultimate act of selflessness, he slowly taught me (over the telephone) how to fix my well problem! I'm not totally incompetent, but I never would have attempted this repair if not for the clear and simple guidance he provided. I have no doubt that he saved me several hundred dollars and he did so apparently with no reason other than just wanting to help. He told me to call back if I needed any more instruction or had any questions while I was repairing the pump, and then he called me back with more pointers just to make sure I understood! The repairs went exactly as he described, really quite simple, but I would have paid through the nose if he had not been so helpful. Just truly remarkable service! read more

I talked to a half dozen local well companies in the Williston/Ocala area about installing an emergency hand pump on my well. It was like talking to used car salespeople and quoted prices were anywhere from 20% to 60% higher than quoted by Williston Well. In short the installation went as Steve said it would for the very reasonable price he said it would. There will be no surprises with Williston Well. He did not leave the property until he was certain the entire well system was working at 100%. The Simple Pump is a beautiful product, the installation was professional to the max and I have no concern that future service needs will be responded to promptly. You cannot go wrong with this company; they know what 'customer' means. read more

Again perfect service professional great quality work and a great price thank you very much Steve.

We are new to wells and pumps so we called for advice a guidance. They walked us through everything we needed to do to keep our system working OK. As it was just advice and did not need a visit we were not even charged for this great service. I will use this company for all my well and pump needs and I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you! read more

We had our well pump give out . After reading many reviews of several well services we found that Williston Well & Pump had many 5 star reviews. We called them and Steve was out to our house in less than an hour. Not only did he give us the best price of all that we called, he went out of his way to make us feel that he REALLY cared about us getting our water back on as soon as possible. After agreeing on a price, he came out here on a Sunday (at no extra cost), in the pouring rain, to get the job done. I sure wish ALL businesses treated their customers the way Steve (from Williston Well & Pump) treated us. Thank you so much Steve. You are a one in a million man. read more

STEVE was great, answered the phone at 730pm and took 30 minutes on the phone to help me trouble shoot a problem. Great guy and service!!!!

We have always done business with people who have been here for years and now the children of those people run the businesses. Keeping our money local is important to us. Several times though we have called our "good ole boys" for service and they won't even return a call. Are they Busy? Hunting? Don't need the money? Whatever! We decided when we needed a new tank to call Williston Well and Pump only because we met the owner on the sidewalk one day months prior and he politely asked that we keep him in mind next time we needed something. I called, got a human instead of a machine, he came out a couple of hours later, replaced our tank the same day, AND gave me a great deal. What else could you ask for??? Very nice guy as well. HIGHLY recommended. read more
