Once the project started she regularly checked in on progress, and dealt with the minor issues that always come up with large projects professionally. We went with a custom vanity and linen closet design from Luis and Gervin, cabinet makers they work with regularly -- it looks and feels wonderful and really maximized the usable space vs. commercial options. Walter the foreman did great work throughout, especially with the large 24x48" tiles. These are hard to work with, and every joint is perfect. The bedroom issues were easily resolved, but the bathroom is where they really succeeded. Not only was the mold wiped and removed, the surrounding tile grout was scrubbed and shiny like new. A nice touch by these guys. After a weekend of dehumidifying Frank took air samples in each affected room and sent them to an independent lab. All the tests passed with flying colors.
