Had our inspection of the chimney after waiting for 3 months because they were fully booked, which only lasted less than 15min due to existing paint on the chimney. The technician claimed it is dangerous, yet only provided a scanty report, didn't follow up with the contact information for the additional service (paint removal) we needed. I had to follow up separately multiple times over 1 month and still have not gotten the updated report or the contact info for the additional service. Would not use them again read more

They were awesome! Had to have them put in a stainless steel liner in my chimney. They came and gave an estimate that was very reasonable. Gave me a date for install and then moved up my date. I had many questions and they answered them all patiently and professionally. We had just finished our basement and were worried about any messes. Last summer we had Dana come in and take down an old chimney from top to attic floor, and repoint our other one! The job was done in ONE day! There was not a single piece of debris inside nor outside the house. Very impressed and will definitely call them again! I originally hired them to clean my chimney and they did an excellent job. I then contracted for the chimney to be lined with stainless steel liner. This was postponed a few times by me due to excessive snow preventing access. Today was the day that they got to do the work. In both experiences, it was a great pleasure to deal with them. I had Dana to the house on 7/5 to inspect a fireplace insert and overall chimney. We just bought the house and I was not sure what we had here with this unit. First off - What I liked about the service was that he called twice, once in the morning to confirm, and then said he'd call when he was 30 mins out so I would not have to wait around. Sure enough he called back to let me know he was on his way...big time saver for me! When he arrived he was very polite (a lot of yes sirs, etc) and what I like about any business owner, and certainly Dana, was there was no B/S. He was not trying to hard sell me on anything...in fact he made it clear that the chimney did not need to be cleaned at this time and the insert was acceptable, although it could use lining all way up to the top vs the current config. He explained everything thoroughly, including visually, and did not pressure me at all - which I appreciated. I will have him do the lining work he recommended on the insert at some point in the near future once things settle down with the recent move and all. He also pointed me towards a fireplace insert retailer to assist with replacing a few of the bricks on the inside of the insert unit as well.
